I’ve been meaning to make a review on this place for a long time. Every time I come to this location, they either mess my order up or give me old and cold food & I come here literally all the time. This location needs new management and corporate needs to get involved. This doesn’t make no sense! Just trifling!

I’ve been sitting in this drive threw for 24 minutes and I would have been pulled off else where to get food but I placed an order for pickup here definitely will never make that mistake again !

The fries were disgusting. Tasted like the were made in Year old oil. I asked for an Arnold Palmer and got a Sprite Tea mix ( what??). The fish was EXTRA crunchy crunchy on the outside but MUSHY on the inside. Yuck. And I get these items regularly at other locations. I know NOT to go here

Placed a pickup order and lobby was locked before 7 with people hanging in lobby so tried to wait in drive thru and just gave up and went somewhere else. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Horrendous service, I was reprimanded for not waiting til I was acknowledged that I would have to go back to EOL , if I wanted to receive my mobile order , I refused they cancelled my order the other couple of visits I didn't even make it to window, long wait cars were pulling out of line not sure what issues were , I did hear arguing on one instance

Stopped to grab my wife breakfast... service was terrible... not saying you have to be super over the top happy... I get that it's 7AM BUT damn... I get that it's Wendy's and you might not be happy with your life choices BUT don't take it out on the customer who wants to purchase food. Just no genuine kindness... anyway, then I order a caramel coffee... they didn't ask if I wanted hot or cold... my apologies for being thrown off from the rudeness upon taking my order... just gave me a cold coffee, it was made as I pulled around... didn't even trip about it... paid and left... sad thing is this is the home of Wendy's... corporate office is over in Dublin... quality control doesn't seem to be a big concern... but YES... it's Wendy's (fast food) 2025... what should I expect... my standards must be too high... my bad... I'll change and accept sub-par customer service and poor food quality. #NOTblazecertified

Corporate needs to just fire everyone here and get a whole new crew. No good service takes forever never answers their phone doesn’t ever hire anyone or stay on priorities to hire somebody Manager never seems to be there throughout the day.

They accidentally ate/lost our food from the mobile order and then said they were sorry they couldn't refund or issue the items even though I had a receipt! $12 to the trash. Never had an issue with a Wendy's before

Hair in drink and food. Bad area, unsafe and rude customer management. After I found hair in my drink and food, they rejected another order to make up for THEIR mistake. Sure I got refunded but I went there to eat, this place has HORRIBLE SERVICE. 😶
