Sat at the drive thru for 5 minutes before someone came on to say they weren’t open yet. It was a Sunday morning at 7:15. Online and on the door says open at 7am.

It's hilarious to watch this once great Fast food company cut every corner, chase every dollar, and In the process eradicate any sense or loyalty, hometown pride or nostalgia in its largest customer base.
Dave Thomas is rolling over in his grave at how poorly run the corporate stores are and how little anyone cares about anything.
Avoid this location like the plague. Long wait times, no receipts when they screw up your order and confrontatioal managers when you try and rectify the situation.
This location is so bad I'm giving up on Wendy's in general for awhile, and I used to build them for a living.

The food is fine but the service is terrible (at least in the evening). It is the slowest fast food experience and this is over several visits. I’d advise going elsewhere.

Whoever the short black girl is with the Mickey Mouse hair, she is so rude. She does not know how to talk to customers or her coworkers. Everyone being so calm she act like the whole world is against her or something. Maybe she needs a hug or a frosty. I’m not sure. Made me uncomfortable in there though.

Do NOT go there. I had a mobile order and the guy at the drive-thru told me to hold up and come back in ten minutes. I cancelled my order and got a refund. There were people in front of me who got frustrated and left, too. It was unbelievable,
Please explain why you would charge the same or more for an order when you are unable to give me everything in the order.

Normally they are more than adequate at this location, but this is the second time I've ordered a salad from this location and regretted it. I'm led to believe they either freeze the salads until they restock them or just keep them in the fridge well past the expiration date. The greens and tomatoes are severely wilted/soggy and everything is unnaturally icy cold to almost frozen in the middle. I tried to take a better picture, but if unfortunately already mixed it up. A complete waste, never again.
