Terrible attitude from a worker when simply trying to scan a reward code. Host name was Kyra and cashier name was Nadia through the drive through. Customers don’t deserve that kinda treatment, when you have not trained your people effectively. That’s on your manager/staff NOT US. Never going back to this location ‼️

A coworker and I stopped to use the restroom. She waited at least 10 minutes in line just to get the code for the bathroom. No ice for the drink that she had to buy to get the code. And there was no handle on the door to get in on the main side so I ended up opening the door for the multiple people that entered while I waited. I can't even imagine how the service was from the people behind the counter.

I used the drive thru one afternoon. I used my mobile app at the payment window and the lady there was completely unprofessional when my screen turned off. She yelled at me for no good reason. Hope she gets fired

The place was so understaffed that we could not even get food along with at least over a dozen other cars that ended up pulling away and not getting food there either. Avoid avoid avoid. And just think, in the near future Wendy's is going to charge you more money also when they make you wait thanks to their new proposed surge charging. Talk about adding insult to injury. Will never try to frequent this location again.
