New to Columbus OH best Wendys in the city hands down to date. The cashier Kyle and the manager on duty was very pleasant thank you to the whole team on the morning shift of 3/20/2025 approximately 10am.

I got the chicken parmesan Caesar salad with crispy chicken and got double chicken and dressing and it was so good
they cook everything ahead of time and then give it to you cold or redrop the food. scared to know how long that food is sitting there because it is never busy. there was no one else in line when i ordered. when asked to make it fresh they gave cold nuggets and refried already fried fries along with attitude for having the audacity to ask for the food to be remade. theyve got a sign out saying theyre discounting nuggets because theyre sitting precooked and need to get rid of them. i got sick after eating what i did before i realized it was old food. its a hazard and the rudeness of the staff and the manager on shift was astronomically awful. do not eat here unless you want some diseases. I promise you this sign will still be there if you go and look. It has been there everyday since I got food. I am not stepping in this wendys again and probably not another ever again.

Guy handing food out at 2nd window around 2pm was very rude. They didn’t give me the extra salad dressing I paid for. I politely asked for the packet of dressing and the guy rolled his eyes at me and cocked an attitude.
