The most disgusting cheeseburger I have ever seen come out of a fast food place. Like another reviewer stated they are serving old dried out cold cheeseburgers. Gonna make a complaint with Wendy's Corporate because serving old food when your slogan is fresh never frozen is absurd.

The ladies in the drive thru were making weird faces and goofing around. I said thank you when my order was handed to me and she was quick to close the window, no biggie. Got home and my nuggets weren't fresh and tasted as if they had been sitting out for awhile and they forgot my sauce. The burger was dry and also tasted old. The lettuce was stringy when I bit into the burger. I ate about half of it. Really is a hit or miss.

They went to automated drive thru easiest way to lose by business. Computers are not service. They are was to replace employees and make corpate profits higher. You didnt see a price reduction since they no longer have an employee for that. All you see is one less job that someone needs replaced by ai. A starving family that doesnt have an oppurtunity.

This Wendy's has its pros and cons. For instance, this Wendy's consistently has better fries than other locations I've been to. There have been times when the service wasn't great, but you win some, you lose some.

The morning manager (an Indian woman over 50) is an arrogant and sarcastic person. She was observed going from handling cash to handling food, without sanitizing her hands. When I addressed her lack of handwashing, she was belligerent and unapologetic. As a result, I experienced diarrhea. This location has lost my family’s business.

Highly uninterested in the computerized AI taking orders. You could have the best food in the world, not happening. Pay your workers enough so that they want to work. I don’t want to sit here and try to maneuver this AI‘s programming when I have a specific on my order. people may not think it’s that deep but nobody should be using these, everybody needs to pull around to the window to actually talk to an actual person. This is just the start of breeding lazy, antisocial people.
