They handed me someone else's order, then didn't give me my whole order. Finally, they figured They gave us the correct items and got miles away and still forgot the dressing for the Cobb salad. For a 30+ dollar order, that was horrible le whT o.wemt through. Fast food has not only went down hill but overpriced!
No one here, 1 car in drive through. Waited over 5 minutes for the order. Bathroom smells too bad to use. Honestly terrified to see what the food looks like at this point, I'm just reviewing to waste time as I wait for my food

The food was all hot and fresh. It hadn't been sitting waiting to be ordered. They got it to us in a reasonable amount of time.
This is the worst Wendy’s within a 5 mile radius. I’ve lived over here for 15 years now, and this Wendy’s is consistently bad. Whether it’s cold food, bad customer service, or pure laziness. There is literally another Wendy’s on Bethel Road near Walmart or one on Henderson Road across from Starbucks. Please go to one of those other locations. This one is not it.
Drive through is an AI now. If you ask it to speak with a human it ignores you. It also never gets my order right. I can't stand the anti-social replacement of basic human interaction with AI. Done with Wendy's.

They have a computer ordering machine now instead of a human being taking orders. It got my order wrong and I didn't see any way to correct it. I tried to tell the lady at the window it was wrong. However, she just handed me the wrong order and told me how much it was. I got the feeling that machine was getting so many orders wrong that she was tired of hearing about it. Too bad. I have been getting take out there for years.

Went to order tea today. I was told they no longer offer a brewed product at all after being given an artificially sweetened alternative they are now pushing from their soda machines. That will be my last trip to Wendy’s until they get it together.

I went to get the SpongeBob Krabby Patty Meal. I was expecting to get a sandwich, that tried to bring the often imagined sandwich to real life. It did not. It was basically a Dave's single with "Special sauce ". The Pineapple 🍍 frosty is bomb though!
