The supervisor Mia is the best Wendy's employee I have ever encountered. She is professional, kind, and is always looking for customer satisfaction. I enjoyed my interaction, and go to that Wendy's because of her. Food is always fresh and good.

One of the worst locations in Columbus. I wish I never came here and attempted to eat here. First of all I ordered thru app, which I will never do. Ordered the fish sandwich and a baked potato. Neither was available!! Then the "manager" has an attitude problem. The black guy who claimed to be the manager, told me, I need not give him a hard time?!? Me asking a restaurant to honor what I paid for, is giving a hard time?!?! Not one customer in the lobby, having employees mop the lobby and clean behind deep fryer because no one wants to eat here. I wish I'd known before getting scammed!! Every other food app never lets you order food that's unavailable. The Wendy's app does, and there no one to talk to!! Chat is unavailable. 1-800 number is closed at 5pm.. it's Friday at 8pm, never received any of my order or money returned. Be warned!!! There's a sketchy black guy pretending to be manager. Told me he couldn't refund or substitute my order. That I needed to fix it with the app.

Do not eat here you will get sick the Wendy, up the road will give you non spoiled food nobody is in line here for a reason they are poisoning you with spoiled food the city should arrest these people I got food poisoning every time I gone here as of 2024

Was totally and intentionally ignored with walk in / dine in service. I saw them - 4 people- 1 even clocked in at the cash register I was standing at (the only cssh register) and they saw me. It was about 3:15 pmI hope corporate is able to address this balatant apathy.

The only reason I put two stars is because the FOOD was alright. The service FROM MANAGEMENT is AWFUL! I attempted to call around 8PM after getting food so I could ask a question regarding allergens/exposure (this was not a complaint by the way) and I waited on hold for almost 10 minutes. I called back assuming they got busy and forgot I was on hold. When they answered I asked to speak with the manager again to ask a question and they hung up on me and ignored my following calls. I HAD no complaints, but now I do lol. I’ll be calling at a different shift (now with a question AND a complaint) because I’m not about to get ignored. Don’t bother with their customer service if you have any issues because my food was fine, they are just petty.

I've given this wendys multiple opportunities not to suck, some things can't be fixed its just crazy that wendys headquarters is right up the street and this restaurant is still a dumpster fire. No cars in the drive through we had to wait 10 +mins for our food only for it to be cold. Literally the only person who was working in the store was the girl on drive through literally ever single male employee were deep in conversation or in the back of the store.

Ordered a meal with kids fruit punch, drive-thru. The cashier didn’t even know ‘kids fruit punch’ and ‘blueberry lemonade’ are not the same thing. I said you gave me the wrong drink but the lady just standing there staring at me for like 20 seconds w/o saying anything until some coworker reminded her. And she said “okay he wants that, no problem, we give what he wants”. It was like I paid 12 bucks to Wendy’s only for rubbing one kids fruit punch from the cashier. Won’t spend any penny here for the rest of my life.

Had to return the burger because the bun was hard as a rock get back to my car to find my fries were burnt to a crisp and I only got 3 of the 5 nuggets. Guess I should have just kept my money

It’s really not that hard to put the sauce in the bag. Ordered in the drive through and the food was cold, the order was incorrect, and the sauce was missing. Miserable experience.

The African American man working right now is really rude. I don't know if he was having a bad day but he sure did take it out on me. I came through the drive thru to order a salad and nuggets. I ask for a salad sub spicy chicken. I heard the lady say ok we can do that but I guess I heard her wrong. When I pulled up to the window I paid for my meal and was handed my nuggets. I was still sitting there because I thought I was getting a salad. The lady finally came back to the window after like a minute and ask what I was waiting for I said my salad. The manager came to the window and started getting smart with me just because I heard wrong. So I ask to pay for spicy chicken on the side and the lady was acting like she couldn't comprehend what I was saying as the manager was still saying stuff in the background. I pulled up and noticed my dressing and blue cheese was missing so I just went inside. I was standing at the counter for a few minutes and the Manager was acting like he didnt see me and all the employees was just staring at me like they couldn't help me. I argued with the manager for a good ten min before he gave me a dressing that I kept asking him for.

Unfortunately, we were hungry stopped at Wendy’s. who won only one car in front of us so we had to wait for about 20 minutes for no reason then we came to the check out my fries we’re too cold. I explained to the employee there were too cold and he’s accusing me of lying and they were not too cold. They were too cold actually and I left I bought the food. Unfortunately, they refused to refund me the money and I drove across the street to McDonald’s, they served me gray hot french fries and it was great customer service. Time was 10:10
