Wendy's has a great employee named CICI or CECE who provides excellent customer service. The new pumpkin spice frosty was enjoyed, but the size of the large frosty for the price could be larger. The pretzel pub chicken sandwich is a highlight, consistently made correctly with cheese and bacon. This location is compared to the original Wendy's downtown Columbus, Ohio location, known for its attention to detail and quality, living up to the legacy of its founder, Dave Thomas.
