I ordered a Jr. bacon biggie bag and a 4pc kids meal. The lady at the window had an attitude bc my phone would not load for me to use my card for like 10 seconds and when she asked if I wanted a drink carrier I said no but give me one second my phone won’t load. She closed the window as I was explaining that to her then when she reopened it to take my payment she said “so would you like a drink carrier or not” with an attitude. She then proceeds to SHOVE the bags of food into my hand. Old and bitter. No one told her to apply or interview or even accept the offer for the job. Quite frankly she’s too old to have such poor customer service. On another note all the food was good except my Jr bacon m. It had lettuce with black spots in it all withered. The bacon and burger were NOT thoroughly cooked or even cooked all the way. I threw out the entire burger. The attitude met with the poor food quality. No thanks I won’t be back. 🙂‍↔️

I have lived by this Wendy's for over 10 years. I used to get breakfast here regularly. I went for breakfast there today and I got my cinnabon pull apart out and opened the cup and it looked like really tiny. I tried to stick a fork in it. It was hard as a brick. They were shrunken and hard as a brick who knows how old they were. Then I opened my sausage muffin and there was so much butter on it that it squeezed out like a wet sponge. My breakfast potatoes were cold and tough and chewy. All of the food seem to be old and nasty and disgusting and I will never go to Wendy's for breakfast again. I will go back to McDonald's where the food is good.

I stopped through the drive through at this location for the first time ever and gave them my hard earned cash for 2 sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits and here is how it went. The biscuits were hard and stale, the sausage was dry, and no receipt in the bag.

1st, 10am and lobby was closed, had to use the drive thru. 2nd, ordered the 2 for $3 sausage cheese muffin and I believe they was cooked at 6am. Couldn't even bite into the top of the muffin (crunch sounds when bitinginto it). Usually these folks are decent around dinner time. I'll give them one more breakfast run later this month and update.
