There was a new hire working the register and she got both my friend and I order totaly wrong. We both had to turn around and walk back in and basically reorder. The guy who I assume was the manager rung us up correctly and he and the new hire apologized repeatedly. No big deal, we weren't in a big hurry that day, and everyone was quite nice. Can't make those new hires feel bad, they'll figure it out, give them a chance. I would eat there again, no sweat.

Quick and friendly - the manager tonight (7/29) was very friendly. *UPDATE* Returned tonight (7/30) and the same guy was at the window. The receipt says Juan, assuming that is him. Another great visit! Have avoided Wendy's for a while after bad experiences but will be returning to this location specifically thanks to this crew. Back to back quick, fresh and correct orders and friendly visits! Great job to Juan and this team!
