Cashier drive thru dropped my card no offer to even get it:/ i was pumping so i couldnt even bend down to get it i had to take my pumps out luckily this very nice guy behind me got it but theyre rude

Subject: Urgent Complaint – Harassment and Disrespectful Behavior by Staff
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my outrage and deep disappointment regarding an appalling experience I had at one of your locations. We placed a simple order: one Dave’s Double combo and one Dave’s Double sandwich only. When we got home, we were shocked to discover both items had bacon on them, which we did not request.
We returned immediately to the restaurant to request a replacement. When we explained the issue, they asked for a receipt — which we were never given. We offered our card payment as proof, yet instead of helping us, the situation escalated into something completely unacceptable.
The manager came out and began accusing and harassing us in a very rude and aggressive manner. To make matters worse, three employees surrounded us at the window and joined in, making us feel threatened and humiliated in a public space. Their behavior was absolutely disgusting and unprofessional.
When I asked for the manager’s name, the staff sarcastically responded, “You give your name,” which I did. When I repeated my request for the manager’s name, one employee rudely said, “I don’t give you name,” and then added, “You should be worried about that,” as if I had done something wrong by asking for basic accountability.
This is not just poor service — this was harassment and intimidation over a simple order mistake. Your employees showed no respect, no responsibility, and no professionalism. If this is how your company allows managers to behave, it raises serious concerns about your values and customer treatment.
I demand an immediate investigation and a formal response regarding how you will hold these individuals accountable. This was not just disrespectful — it was disgraceful.
Great food today. We ordered through the app and that definitely helped speed up our service.
Was the only one in the drive through it was 10pm n I waited 5 mins for everything to be cold
Fast even in lunch time
Weekend manager refused to give me my food because of their computer issue, even though I had a copy of my receipt and the order history in the app. Told me he shouldn’t have to pay for my food. (Whaat?) I had already paid for it and proved it. It defied logic.

Very bad service they are not friendly, they have no education and they are all disrespectful, men and women!
The woman manning the drive through was friendly…the food was awful. The nuggets and burger were obviously old, when I bit into the bun I seriously thought I had accidentally bit into thewrapper
Each time I order it seems real hit or miss. This time my double was just terrible. The meat tasted watery.
