Food is great. Service was average. Location looks tired/worn/over used. Condiments were missing. Self serve soda station was out of ice. Not a great experience.

I went on my lunchbreak to wendys on n. High and lazelle. It was 1040am. I ordered a Jr cheeseburger and fries. After a 20 minute wait for food I had to leave (after I paid) because I had to get back to work. No apology. I get it's the switch time from breakfast to lunch but I don't think it takes that long to make fries and a baby burger. Just frustrating.

I wanted to leave a review for this place. Like all fast food joints it has its ups and downs. But thanks to the manager Matt. Me and my SO come back. He always has a great attitude and goes above not only what ive seen other staff do but other managers. If every place had a matt the reviews would be 5of5 for the place.

Matt, the morning to afternoon manager, he’s absolutely the best, he always goes above and beyond for me and my significant other. We love coming here just in the day time for him and his positive and candid attitude!!!! We love Matt, that man deserves a raise!!!!

It was 630 in the evening, but my food was cold. No I didnt wait to eat it. My sandwich was out together well, not thrown together. Was nice to have the meat AND toppings ON the sandwich. Found out that the 2.99 Dave's singkes are regional based. They did. Not have them. Staff at the window was understanding.

Every time I have this delivered they never put my sauce in my order. Because I want nuggets with no sauce and fries with no ketchup. How hard is it to put sauce in the bag when it clearly says 2 bbq and 2 ketchups and I am stuck at work with no sauce for my food!

Cashier drive thru dropped my card no offer to even get it:/ i was pumping so i couldnt even bend down to get it i had to take my pumps out luckily this very nice guy behind me got it but theyre rude
