I wanted to try the new bacon mushroom burger 🍔 but what I got had less than a TEASPOON of mushrooms and onions sooo little that I thought they forgot to add it. To my sandwich, I wish I had taken a photo. ☹️ Customer service was very friendly though. 🤷🏾♂️

I don’t receive coupons in the mail so I’m not sure how to obtain them to get certain prices for certain items. However, there is one Wendy’s location that I go to who always gives me my kids meal for $1.99 without a coupon, even though I didn’t know the kids meals were on sale they would always give it to me for that price When I do go to different locations. Which is rare because I like to stick to the locations that are clean I always ask if they don’t do it they don’t do it, but if you have coupons to provide about a deal that I’m asking about what’s the harm in providing them what happened to Customer Service?

Tiffany and Sabine were service aces as always. I've become a regular at this Wendy's and always receive top notch personalized service here. Sabine remembers my name and order every time I come in. Tiffany get the job done in her role as shift supervisor. Even though they are incredibly busy, their customer service skills surpass any of their peers or their competitors. Keep up the excellent work ladies!

The gross with the pink hair definitely needs a adult with her. She had 2 cars backed up for a half hour with no sign of movement. I watched 2 other cars behind me leave...then decided to leave. The last time I was there she was holding up the line goofing off with her friends that pulled up

Huge disappointment! TBH I've vowed never to return again! I forgot how disappointing Frosty's are! Fries are not up to McD standard. Also the sandwich i bought was not quality. I vowed that it's the last time i go there!
