It’s December 3rd at 6pm. Why is inside locked I see multiple people in there? I don’t have time to wait in a 15 car drive thru. Horrible experience. Will avoid Wendy’s from now on and just go to any other place with a working drive thru.

A customer let me go I. Front of them because I had a pickup order that was already done. Guy at window was rude and said I have to go around. Inside was closed before 6. What the point of ordering in advance if I can’t get it quickly sm. Will be going to a different location from now on

Very rude elderly man refused to give me my DoorDash order that I needed to deliver. There was a very long line and someone else over the intercom told me to pull up to the second window. Someone in front paying for personal order was having a lot of problems with their payment so I went to the second window while the other person was still trying to pay. He said I needed to go back around and get back in a very long line that I had already been waiting in the first time for 15 minutes and the second time it was even longer. I just left. He was very rude and was mean to me when I did exactly what I was told to do. He said each order goes out the window in order. Not that hard to grab the DoorDash order that was already ready sitting right next to you.

whoever took our order over the intercom in the drive thru was so incredibly ignorant. kept interrupting us. had a serious condescending tone and screamed HUHHH when he didn’t hear what we said. terrible service.

I hate to leave a bad review because my food was fresh and delicious. My problem is with the manager Ian that took my order twice now. He is rude. I let it go last time because food was correct and good, but this time I was missing a main sandwich to a combo. The first time he told me to pull up to the door (past the drive thru). When he came out he tried to hand me my bags while holding the door open. I’m small with short arms and couldn’t reach. I told him that and he said, “what do you want me to do? Let the door lock me out?”. No sir, I expected you to hand me my food at the drive thru since there were no cars behind me. Just terrible customer service. He might be able to boss people around in the back, but he has no business being an order taker or dealing with customers.

They don’t give you the reciept, so you can’t take the survey to let headquarters know how rude they were. Went through the drive through tonight; They really do not know how to speak to anyone respectfully.
