It’s alright at best but they seem to close the lobby whenever they want why even have a hours of operation sign not everyone has a car for the drive thru and it’s bad enough walking in the cold just to find the doors locked before 8 even!

Me and my boyfriend went to Wendy’s to get lunch today and we ordered our food through the drive-thru and everything went fine. He repeated the order in the total we got up to the first window and the car ahead of us drove off The credit card had declined. So he repeated our order back to us at the first window and told us a total and we gave him the credit card took an awfully long time to get the credit card back then he handed us our credit card and receipt back. I got two notification on my phone that he had ran my credit card twice for two separate orders. Then when we got our food, we got home and noticed that the burger was cold. The fries were not hot and he gave us no straws and no sauces for my nuggets in the bags. DONT GO HERE IF YOU DO MAIE SURE YOU LOOK AT YOUR CARD STATEMENT AND DONT GET SCAMMED!!!
