Food was very good other than the brownie batter frosty. The brownie batter in it was very gritty making it inedible. Staff were nice and place was clean.

Edit: Manager called and gave us free meals do to my wife's review in the app. As a real shocker they screwed that up as well. Wife's salad should have had no blue cheese. It was even written on the managers note. It definitely had blue cheese...

How hard is it to make a plain Jr Bacon Cheeseburger? I ordered 3. 2 were plain Jr cheeseburgers with no bacon and 1 was a Cheeseburger with ketchup. Get rid of the garbage AI ordering system as well

They were in bad shape 😡 service and to make matters worse the burgers were cold.
Screwed me out of a dollar because their stupid kiosk was stuck on the wrong menu and they told me i couldn't get refunded, only substituted. The food I got as a substitution was a dollar cheaper than what i paid because everything else costs more. The sandwich was crusty and thrown together carelessly when i got it.

Got the krabby Patty meal. Fries were good and that was it. Frosty was melted, I asked for NO pickles and they ONLY gave me pickles on the sandwich. Not even sauce. No plastic ware. no straw. Outrageous.
