Why is the dining room locked before 9 pm. Customers inside the store eating. Drive thru had a line wrapped around the building only because you couldn’t go inside

This location is always on point. Bacon is crispy affff. Always fast at the drive through even when there’s a long line!!

The last 2 times going through the drive thru order has been completely wrong. Ordered a single cheese burger with mayo and onion only, and received a single with everything. Also ordered a double cheese burger with mustard and ketchup only, and received a double with everything. This happened both times going through the drive thru.

This Wendy's really need to take a look at their policies and post them on the door as entering and on their mobile site. I have had it happen 2 times my mistake for going back . One the manager at the counter treats everyone In a very dispectful way whether your a student waiting for a seat to sit in or a senior they don't want in their restaurants cutting out Senior drinks. On mobile orders and I side and charging 60 cents for a glass of water I was challenged by an employee why don't the put a not welcome sign on the door and the menu sign with their made up policies

I come up here every day they’re supposed to close your doors at 10 o’clock. They close about 30 minutes early every single day the ladies inside mopping at like 9:30. I took a picture. Terrible establishment if you don’t wanna work then why are you coming to work if you’re trying to leave so early just stay home

Wendys still needs to get rid of the shredded lettuce, you are not McDonald's!!
Not all have switched to shredded lettuce but this Wendy's has. Will not stop by this one again (8/13/25)

I understand that wendy's is doing the round up for adoption but having it just added without asked is unacceptable. Having it being added several times without being asked is unprofessional

I brought two meals and when I ready to leave my daughter call me asking of I would put up a large water for my grandson who is that laying baseball. So, I went back to the counter asked for water for my grandson who. The manager started getting a small cup and I asked for a large, but she said I give you a medium to be nice. I am 64 years old served in the military for over 30 years and get this type of attitude.
