Seth the manager deliberately ignored me for 30 minutes while I stood waiting to order. He looked at me the whole time and even took people orders who came in after me. This is very unprofessional. I am not pleased with the service whatsoever.
We love Wendy's, but the AI drive thru order taker doesn't get the order right. So make sure if you order something that has specifics that you check it at the window. Otherwise, when you get home you'll be rebuilding your sandwich.

The pickerington location is good but not even close in comparison to the upper Arlington location , its the lack of cleanliness and childlike atmosphere amongst the staff in the back talking that caught my attention at pickerington that stood out & not in a good way to me , Upper Arlington location , CLEAN , PROFESSIONAL, EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLET FOOD, EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK - EXCELLENCE!!!
Ive been to Pickerington location a few times now , and that is what I am basing my reveiw off of , 1 out the 3 visits there was all 5 star , he other 2 visits were sub par, management needs to send some of their own people in that are not known on a unannounced day to see very clearly what Im talking about and address the issues!
I love 1st watch , and that is why Im leaving this reveiw because someone needs to say something to bring these matters to a resolve and bring the standards up to 1st Watches core Value standards!

Came in with a group of 4. Waited 30 minutes for two meals to be incorrect. Most of the food was not warm other than the potatoes. The staff was nice but the food was not.
Undoubtedly the worst wendys I have ever went to. It was about 2:00 in the afternoon and the food took ages to come out. The food seemed like it sat since the lunch rush. Very terrible and my order was wrong.
I cannot even begin to explain my frustration with this location. I paid for an online order & was told they didn't have the cookies I paid for. They said they were out of the cookies I wanted & that they could replace with cookies that I didn't want or refund that part of the order. Went through an entire ordeal of the staff members trying to contact a manager to make the refund happen. Not only did I NOT get a refund for the items that I PAID for but they also shut the window in my face, told me to have a great day & messed up my order. My sandwich was missing the tomatoes that were supposed to be included, I was missing a sandwich that I also paid for AND they didn't include sauce with any of the nuggets in the order. I think Wendy's should put more effort into how their stores are operating vs these social media posts because they're screwing over paying customers, especially at this location. Trying to teach customer service regarding this issue has been an absolute nightmare, which has lead me to leaning a bad review. Not sure if I even want to order from this location again because I'm honestly on my last straw with them
Waited almost 30 minutes for food. Ended up at home with some uncooked fries.
Complete piss poor attitude at this location. I haven’t been here in over a year for the way. I was treated by one of the managers my fault yet again thinking if someone works in customer service they’d have a better attitude. This is one of the worst Wendy’s in Central Ohio.

This was my teenagers Raw hamburger meat! From tonight! I had a feeling before going there too. Moral to the story trust your gut!
Food is good but they forgot an entire meal for me going thru the drive thru. So check your food when ordering here
Amazing service had an issue from day prior and management fixed it for me. Amazing staff as well
