Cons: Fries always taste as if fried in old oil, and the sodas never taste correct. Either this Wendys has a issue with the quality of water they use, or their filtration system is shot and not properly maintained. As of writting this review I have a Coke that tastes nothing like Coke, Ive had Sprite that doesnt taste like Sprite, etc.

My youngest sibling goes in there for an interview and the lady behind the counter is acting like she's the CEO of Microsoft and can't be bothered to hire help. Well, I'll tell you this. Go ahead and put the fries in the bag for me. And on top of that, I wish 45 minute wait times and 2 people on shift (you're one of 'em) for the rest of your life. But hey, food always slaps.

They gave me my food back squeezed into 2 bags instead of bagging each meal separately. Made it hard to check my bag. They gave me a single burger even tho I paid for a double. Just really annoying to deal with ppl who half do a job. And I tried the new mushroom burger. Of course I try something new and y’all messed it up. Unfortunately I’m home now. So I’m out of my money, time, and still hungry

I ordered a taco salad combo......I received the fries, plain salad (no salsa no tortilla chips no chili but I did receive sour cream) and I had to get my own drink even though they asked what drink I wanted. Got my order sat down and went back to ask about stuff that was suppose to come with my salad combo and they responded with it doesn't come with the salad anymore. Yet online it says it does. Disappointed. I ate my fries and left. Wasted money. I'll never come here again.

Got the Krabby Patty meal, very disappointing. Barely any sauce and the pineapple mango frosty didn't have any pineapple flavor, all I could taste was mango. Also didn't get the stickers. The worst part was the manager being very rude to her employees, not helping them when it was so busy. Her constantly calling employees honey (honnnn-eeeeee) was annoying, rude and offensive. The guy that took my order was very nice and respectful in spite of being extremely busy and not getting any help from the manager who was being rude and disrespectful to him and the rest of the staff.

idk when it was changed because I don't live in the immediate area anymore, but I can't stand the ai drive thru ordering system. Not everything needs to be ai, y'all. tbh I would argue *most* things don't need to be ai. I will not be back to this location as long as they have it, because with my mobility issues, the drive thru is the most accessible option for me at fast food places.

Got the nuggies today, all the employees were nice and friendly but seems they have no supervision. Everything else was disgusting, nuggies were room temp, fries were cold, their 100 choice soda machine had no ice and no carbonation, $11.00 wasted, this was about 11:45 am hope everyone else getting lunch got better than me.

For the past few weeks, the Diet Coke hasn't tasted like Diet Coke, tasted like some low quality brand that not a lot of people have heard of.
