Security and cleaner guys even going around the parking lot and knock on the doors of the truck dont giving truck drivers to park only on reserved spaces or in slots which is not many.Even on the holidays,thanks giving…terrible

I have no complaints about the food or the service. That's quite good. But they are price gauging. I can get the same burger at other locations for $1 to $2 cheaper.

I’m very disappointed for the fact of going through the drive through this morning, in which I live like a minute down the road.They didn’t give me my debit card back.At work I’m looking all over for my card, unable to find. I go back to Wendy to get it back and as here hands it back to me a couple people makes a comment that’s scary. So I ask for making it right for a free lunch. So he comes back to say it’s your fault. Well that’s wasn’t as nice response. I will never go back to this store because I felt disrespected by his comment. I be sure to let all my neighbors know about this Wendy’s place of business.

They keep messing up my husband's order, no matter what location i go to. I ordered simple, they didn't put it on the order, and he didn't get all the food he wanted. Get it together Wendys, all locations.
Serviced was rushed. And leave your drama outside of work. Customers don't want to hear that.

Ordered specific condiments, not there, went back still left off my cheese, then placed on a little black plate and handed it to me. Attempted to eat the spicy chicken sandwich, hard and nit hot and bread hard made me sick to my stomach, thought I was going to throw up so threw it out of my window to far away to return, but won't go back, and will share my experience with others

I ordered a biggie bag and they were out of all drinks except for tap water and lemonade. I ordered a strawberry lemonade. ( I normally order sweet tea)
An up charge was added for the lemonade. I requested for the charge to be removed under the circumstances. She said she couldn't do it. I persisted. She then stated she had to ask her GM. I was advised they approved to remove the $.50, " but only this one time"
At the window, I was handed a regular lemonade by some unhappy staff. I didn't say anything. I kinda expected it

I just ordered fries for my daughter (the order was placed in a couple of minutes?) the employees were very friendly, one employee caught up with us and gave us a cute gift for the child, and another employee kindly offered cookies, I was very touched by such good service, thank you for loving your job

Went in to get food, both burgers and frys were cold but the second burger looked and felt like it had been sitting for hours as if it was marked for your chili. Then got all kinds of attitude when we tried to get the burger remade, and was told to leave the store. No name for the manager, No recpit no flavor hold the attitude thanks.

I ordered the apple pecan salad. It's my usual. Missing blue cheese crumble. Went there 3 days ago. They didn't have any of the apple pecansalads or baked potatoes I had to drive 20 mins out of my way to another store to get what I wanted. I can't understand why the restaurant would fix it what happened to these restaurants anymore ?

Saw a neck tattoo manager just berate a customer over a price of a baked potato. Called him white trash. And other explicit words in front of customers and children. No professionalism. Was unbelievable.
