I normally enjoy coming to this particular Wendys..good service right in and out..I order an order of the new chicken strips wich are usually good but when I ordered the cashier didn't ask me what dipping sauce I would like ..I told the cashier what sauce I would like ..but I got my order to go and when I get I'm my bag of course...no sauce..I guess partially my fault for not checking my order before I leave but come on peoples..it wasn't even busy when I was there..if I would have wanted to eat dry chicken I would have went to the other chicken place..

The last 5 times my order has been wrong. Either the AI is getting it wrong or the workers are just not paying attention to detail. I will not visit this Wendy's anymore.

The Human associates on the 8:30pm shift have always been GREAT! Very detail oriented. Food is always hot and freshly made. THE Ai digital assistant in the drive thru SUCKS! We are in the future, it’s now. But the Ai assistant does not speed up the process/drive thru line. It cannot figure out “a number 1 with bacon”- you will get into a verbal altercation with the Ai assistant and probably catch a case as it keeps interrupting you not allowing you to finish your order. This is not a comolicTed order either, I come here every two weeks around 8:30pm.
Thankfully the staff inside will double check and correct the order (if you ask them to).
Food is great. Mainly just wanted to give feedback that the ai assistant can ruin someone’s day if you’re already on the brink of an emotional meltdown, don’t come this Wendy’s because ol’ drive thru Ai will push you over the edge

I came through the drive thru and the man working the window was not only extremely rude but he smelled like he rolled around in dog poo that had been sitting in the sun!! Then as if that’s not bad enough he sneezed on my bag of food! Didn’t cover his mouth or anything. When I asked him to remake my food he got an attitude and refused so I asked for my money back and he refused saying that they had already made all the food. I asked for a manager and HE SAID HE WAS THE MANAGER !!! DO NOT COME HERE THEY DONT MAKE THEIR WORKERS SHOWER OR EVEN COVER THEIR NOSES WHEN THEY SNEEZE ON YOUR FOOD !!!! Never coming here again

I’ve been eating here for years close to work! I stopped eating for a while decided to give another try! Wendy’s never seems to fail lazy employee act like they don’t want to work, the foods always cold like they don’t give a crap to get it to you fresh! They want to give you what’s been sitting for 20 plus minutes. Ugh fast food is becoming this way most not all

I didn't even get to the counter to order because I went to the restroom first and there was no way to wash or dry your hands, no toilet paper a d trash all over. No way I'm eating if that's how they keep their bathroom
