Good eat and ratchet employees and the “manager” is no better…placed an order for a family member for the new 2 bc meal and didn’t see signage so because I could not provide correct name and only description, they wanted to act like they had no clue what I was speaking off and rang up order incorrectly. The. Asked if order in screen was correct and I said no. Cashier proceeds to sarcastically say, that’s not your order anyway. Why would you ask me that then, pull up to window and manager refuses to except payment and provide food saying that I had an attitude. Last I checked I am not a Wendy’s employee and am not responsible for knowing the exact name of every menu or required to have a great attitude when I’m being met with attitude and ratchedness. Corporate has been contacted and hopefully these issues will be addressed and they will learn how to act like they are in the service industry and not at home standing on the block talking to their “home girl “ or someone and learn professionalism. The manager should at least set the standard but it seems like she perpetuates the bad attitude and behavior.

They are pretty rude. Otherwise its a normal wendys. Well food wise. Been here dozens of times and not once has it been good customer service. If they're gonna be so rude, maybe you should close off the kitchen.

Being local to HQ, maybe an intervention is needed?

Just do yourself a favor and stay away. Only people in the drive thru and we waited over 10 minutes for a single burger. Absolutely horrible service.

How to they forget fries for a combo meal??? Then make us pull up to wait?? How bad can that be. The food is good but that is it. If u want food go to Taco Bell.

Staff has gotten even worse, say in drive thru for over 20 minutes, they have people inside, best guess is they just don't want to do their jobs.

would give 0 stars if it was an option, not the type of person to complain about this stuff but every time i’m here the wait is super long, this time i was sitting in line for about 40 minutes and there was only three cars in front of me, ten minutes or more between cars is litterally so crazy, and it’s 10:00 at night, the workers are nice but seem doped tf up and hyper witch would explain why the foods not even hot for waiting that long. idk i rly just don’t like this location

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting trash and old food all over the place waited 20 min to get food that was not fresh the fries were like rubber. It sounded like there was a employee throwing up in the men's restroom after we got our food we ordered dine in just to have 3 sandwiches 2 large rubbery fries shoved in one bag I'll never return to this location absolutely disgusting

Update: it's getting better. They actually had both sides of the kitchen open for the first time I've seen in years. Online ordering went smoothly. Still plan on 20-30 minutes if you use the drive-thru.

Original review (May 2021): Ordered online for pickup. Doors were locked. Unable to pickup order. If they aren't doing online orders, they should turn online orders off so no new orders can be placed.
