Sitting in the drive-through for fifteen minutes is not realistic when you're trying to order fast food. This is ridiculous. Robots suck... where are our humans. No one will have jobs to pay their bills. NO

I had a very disappointing experience at this drive-through. After waiting over half an hour for my order, the employee handing out the food was incredibly rude. She didn’t apologize for the delay, and instead of handing me my sandwich politely, she practically threw it at me. To make it worse, there was no “thank you” or even a basic acknowledgment despite me thanking her. A simple smile or “have a good evening” would have made a big difference. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Shame.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s experience I have had in a long time. Walking into the restaurant from traveling went to use the restroom dirty dining room dirty. Ordered via the kiosk so I could get it and go the order was wrong when I asked to have it re made managers and crew just nasty with attitude if you honestly don’t like working with the general public find a new job there was no need to be rude probably why they have no employees can’t keep and retain them due to lack of leadership I will not be back to this location definitely need to hire a team that wants to provide great customer service.

We pulled up to the drive through and were asked to wait a minute. No problem.
There is no one in front of us. The cars behind us are piling up. I ask several times if they are ready to take our order…. No response. 6 MINUTES later my son gets out, walks around and asks if we can get our order taken.
Ridiculous!! There are employees just standing around. And I see from the reviews this is a standard issue. Our sandwiches were also wrong.
Wendy’s doesn’t seem to really care anymore. Maybe this store is on the “closing list”? I won’t be back.
Wendy’s corporate office is failing… address your issues and maybe you wouldn’t need to close 140 stores nationwide!
With the outrageous cost of food your customers aren’t ALSO interested in terrible service! What are we paying for? Apparently at this store we are paying top dollar for rude, dismissive staff, the wrong order… etc.

my friend and i stopped in to get some dinner before heading back home 50 minutes away. right off the bat one of our food items wasn’t put in our bag. so we went back up to the counter to let them know we still needed that item. after waiting a few minutes, one boy noticed us and asked what we needed help with, just for him to turn around and not say anything to anyone and avoid the counter. then the manager came by and asked us what we needed. when we told her, she immediately gave strong attitude when asking if we had a receipt. news flash, the kiosk’s don’t give receipts when you order off of them. after finally getting our missing item we sat down to eat so we could kill some time and avoid rush hour traffic. the same manager was yelling throughout the whole restaurant and flipping her shit at her workers the entire time we were there, and we didn’t even eat for more than 30 minutes. she just had a terrible attitude the entire time and ruined the atmosphere. it’s not hard to use an inside voice, and you could tell everyone in there were keeping their heads down so they didn’t piss her off. this was ridiculous and she should lose her job for how horrible she was treating everyone. as someone who has run many fast food restaurants, this behavior was absolutely ridiculous.

This place is as ghetto as you can get. My order was wrong and when I went back ro get a corrected order the manager argued with me. The place is filthy and all the workers looked like they just rolled out of bed. I hope they go out of business. From now on I will be driving the extra distance to the New Albany location.. the food and service is phenomenal there.

Terrible every time I come here but I live here so it's the only close Wendy's I have. Made a mobile order after my gf was in the ER. She hasn't been able to eat in several days. Sat at the ordering speaker for over 10 mins before I finally moved to the window. I was given someone else's order w the "same initials" they told me. You don't check the names? The entire time I sat there a total of 40 mins, I listened to a bunch of kids arguing and screaming at each other w literally 2 cars in the drive thru. Ending up getting cold burgers, fries and nuggets after waiting 40 mins. I get it, fast food but this is pathetic I'm sorry. Fast food on the east side is trash and the people working it are trash. I honestly hope this poor of service puts all these garbage fast food companies out of business bc none of these kids care about their job. It will force us to cook more at-home and give our children better food anyway than to sit and wait this long for this trash service.
This Wendy’s is so disgusting workers are not appropriately dressed, they are just wearing whatever they want. Sodas machine was down. And just rude customer service. Please do not come to this Wendy’s

We went for the Crabby Patty meal, and it wasn't good, but I don't know that it's Wendy's fault or lack of follow thru with the promotion.
My issue was that as we were finishing, a woman came in and started screaming and threatening the staff. It was getting so heated we left because we were concerned for our safety. By the time we were backing out, the argument moved outside. We got out of there, and we won't be back.

Multiple times incorrect orders, slow service, hair in my last order, artificially lowering their order times by using a dirty pan outside the drive through window, rude employees. This location needs to be shut down
