I have never seen a wendy's with so many people on staff be so slow. The sandwich station was extremely slow. And they were touching inside the trash can, outside of the trash can, and other places. Which lead to me asking for my order to be cancelled in which it was cancelled and refunded easily.
However. If I were the district lead I would seriously question why I would have 3 order terminals up front by the door yet have so many people on station and in the back if not a single one of them were to be helping making the food or making sure cross contamination guidelines weren't being met.

The product ISN'T BAD it's the packaging when its being delivered. It's not covered or sealed its open when its delivered and the person delivering the product could spill it,sneeze in it,cough in it,spit in it or whatever.

Been waiting here 30 mins at the counter patiently waiting to order while staff is huddled up. Service is terrible. Management said they dont use the counter anymore to pay. Never got to order

What a absolutely joke had a 19 dollar order tried to pay with a 50 and they said they dont have change so your tell me you dont have a 20 and a 10 and a dollar will be speaking with the franchise owner no wonder why this place has 2 stars garbage

I came in one day. I tried to order my food but I had to wait for long time. Then finally someone said if they can help me and I said I want to order and they said only on the kayaks but I said I have no card and I never placed order. They said go drive thru I said your drive thru is all the way around the block. I was so mad I couldn't order inside and pay cash. The lady was very rude and never got my food. I left. I had very bad experience. If a customer asks to order. Take their order don't push them to go drive thru

Waited in the drive-through for 25 minutes. There were four cars in front of me originally, and then two of them left because it was taking forever. As soon as I pulled up to the speaker, the lady said be right with you then 10 whole minutes later she took my order. I was grateful that I didn’t get the AI. I had her repeat my order back to me which she got correct I get home and we didn’t get a 10 piece nuggets. My sandwich was cold. They didn’t even bother melting the cheese on it. And I don’t live that far away. I’m not going back to Wendy’s. This is bull crap.

The food was decent but our order was wrong due to the AI at the drive thru. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF AI. Hire real people!! Stop taking REAL jobs from REAL people to cut company costs! Terrible move on Wendy’s part.

I can't walk in and order a lunch and sit down and eat @ Wendy's....this location is HORRENDOUS

Made the mistake of skipping the long drive-thru and coming inside. Ordered at the kiosk—only me and one other person in the dining room. Still waited almost 20 minutes for my food in what has to be the most filthy dining area I’ve ever seen.
There were plenty of employees, yet nothing was getting done. Floors sticky, trash overflowing, tables dirty. The staff’s hygiene was highly questionable—regular street clothes, greasy hair hanging over their faces. It completely killed my appetite. By the time my food came, I didn’t even want it. Absolutely unacceptable. *Oh and the food wasn’t even fresh so I’m not even sure what the hold up was about.

I came to this Wendy’s on East Broad Street before midnight, even though they close at 1 AM, and the staff refused to take my order. They said only one person was working, but I could clearly see three employees inside.
When I politely asked why they weren’t taking orders, the employee cussed at me and used the F-word. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.they refused my order 11:59 not only me a lot of costumer by driving through I have recorded a video if you the management are need I’m just sent this message

Worst Wendy's in the area.
Will never return back to this Wendy’s until you take the AI ordering system away. The experience was absolutely terrible and all I want to do is speak to a human to order my lunch. What a hassle. Do better Wendy’s.
