Visited Wendys on refugee and hamilton rd tonight to grab something quick for dinner!! I used the drive thru for my service . Soons as o pulled up i was immediately greeted by a young man whom i found out later once i went to pay for my order his name was ELI!!! ELI showed me GREAT customer service. Eli was Was very polite and professional. He even recommended his favorite saucy biggs because this was my first try trying them. I came in fora hamburger and because i eli and his his breakdown about all the different kind lol… I just want to say to the manager of this store thank you for having eli as part of your team thank you for giving the young man the opportunity people like ELI makes stopping for fast worth it!!!!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR GREAT SERVICE TONIGHT AND KEEP UP THE GREATTTTTTTT WORK !

Worst breakfast experience of my life. Extremely rude staff from the jump. We waited for 15 minutes to get the complete wrong order that was cold and clearly sitting out. Nothing was done to resolve this order and the staff remained unhelpful. I won't be coming back to this location and I hope the person working won't be either. Awful, awful service.

Im so beyond mad! I ordered off the app for delivery and not only did I not get some of my order but when I call the store they don’t answer. This happens every single time!!! 8 months pregnant and can’t even get a whole order delivered.
