Worst breakfast experience of my life. Extremely rude staff from the jump. We waited for 15 minutes to get the complete wrong order that was cold and clearly sitting out. Nothing was done to resolve this order and the staff remained unhelpful. I won't be coming back to this location and I hope the person working won't be either. Awful, awful service.

Im so beyond mad! I ordered off the app for delivery and not only did I not get some of my order but when I call the store they don’t answer. This happens every single time!!! 8 months pregnant and can’t even get a whole order delivered.

This is the saddest excuse for a Wendy’s restaurant I have ever been to. I waited over 15 minutes behind a single car to order a frosty which they said they do not have. They then told me it was cash only. I would honestly be ashamed to manage this restaurant and have it run this poorly and inefficiently.

I was at this Wendy's on 2/6/24 at drive thru made my order purchased the little frosty card for the 2024 year and never received it and the guy taking my order said I couldn't get the little frosty until next I visit a Wendy's also .And didn't get a receipt with my order either this just isn't good business. I tried calling for days and no answer pick up and hang up on me.
