Absolute fantastic customer service experience every time. Food is hot, fries are perfect, and they're actually fast! I thought they lost the recipe for Wendy's like this one. I long for this location whenever I'm frustrated at other establishments/chains. Thank you!!

I always get the food, its so good always! The chili cheese fries are my favorite. Sometimes they arent as good but these days they been good! The staff is kind and sweet.

I usually get an exceptional service…. Until today just before close at the Drive-Thru the slim lady who handed me my food today was horrible, she was in a different shirt, I don’t know if she’s a manager or what ! … I asked her for napkins coz they didn’t put napkins in my bag and she said NEXT TIME ASK US IN ADVANCE and I looked at her in disbelief and she gave me 2 sauces and I never ask for sauces and I looked at her and asked for napkins coz there isn’t any . And she gave me 2 with an attitude then she said HAVE A GREAT DAY … and I told her where is the rest of my order and then they got it …. She needs to learn to listen instead of rushing to talk nonsense.

Came here last night and I ordered a baconator medium combo and when I went to pay at the window I was charged 26 dollars for someone else's order. Didn't realize the charge until this morning. Terrible service

The guy couldn’t hear me that well but was kind and patient with me speaking louder( I hate rude workers I’ve been in the position before) even cracked a little joke when I asked if I was still able to get frostys at that time of night (it was after 11p.m.) frostys were made super fast I mean super fast
