This is one of the better Wendy's food is pretty much always on point the people in the window are always nice and you get in and get out pretty much what fast food used to be

I went back because they forgot to give me my hamburger (which is literally the point of the restaurant) and asked if i could get fresh fries because i had to make 2 trips back to this location. the manager proceeded to shove his hand in my bag, grab a french fry, and look at me and say “they’re still warm” and then didn’t replace my food whatsoever. i find this utterly disrespectful and disgusting, especially considering this is the MANAGER of this establishment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. i will be contacting corporate about my experience.

I usually get an exceptional service…. Until today just before close at the Drive-Thru the slim lady who handed me my food today was horrible, she was in a different shirt, I don’t know if she’s a manager or what ! … I asked her for napkins coz they didn’t put napkins in my bag and she said NEXT TIME ASK US IN ADVANCE and I looked at her in disbelief and she gave me 2 sauces and I never ask for sauces and I looked at her and asked for napkins coz there isn’t any . And she gave me 2 with an attitude then she said HAVE A GREAT DAY … and I told her where is the rest of my order and then they got it …. She needs to learn to listen instead of rushing to talk nonsense.
