I order Wendy's a lot and I go to the one on Cleveland Avenue Just because it's closest to my house. The order is incorrect at least 50% of the tim Wendy's customer service support is a joke chat function does not work. I hung up after 45 minutes on hold trying to talk to someone in person. So I sent them an email and the email literally says they will be back to me in a couple of days but it might take longer. I honestly think Wendy's corporate does not care. This restaurant needs to be completely retrained and employees that give a damn Hired

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with only ranch and cheese on it. They pulled me over to bring it out 10mon later and bring me a fully loaded sandwich. Had to get back in line because their lobby is closed forever it seems. I get to the window and the manager asks for my receipt and the bag like she didn't believe I ordered it a special way so she brings out another sandwich that has bacon on it. I said ma'am I only want cheese and ranch nothing else and she says "OMG just give me the sandwich back" rolling her eyes snatching the sandwich from my hands and slams the window thing shut. I was going to cuss her out but like I said she slammed the window on me. This guy comes bring me a sandwich and hands it to me with no bag or napkins like just the sandwich after the manager lady took my whole bag. I'm like dude why would give me this sandwich with nothing to put it in like these guys were a joke and I'm never eating there again!!!!!⚠️4381 REFUGEE ROAD⚠️

I went to this Wendy’s Trew the drive truw bad communication first thing then they get my order all wrong tell me I can get a refund for the fries and or burger and make me pay
The store was clean. I had swift service. I got a 10 piece Nugget Combo. My only complaint is that they gave me the wrong dipping sauce.

I bought food through the app and send my wife to pick it up to find out that my order was incomplete, the only fries that they gave were double cooked, my wife had to wait for 40 min and on top of that they were hitting on her asking for her number and telling her she was pretty. Buddy you can't even make your job right what makes you think that you are even attractive to any woman. Disrespectful and mediocre job. This happend nov/19/2023 between 9:30pm to 10:30pm that's how long my wife was in the slow food restaurant.

Went through the drive thru and got 10 COLS nuggets small fry. Took 10 minutes and no one was in front of me. Atleast 10 staff members just standing around, all on their phones. Trash was overflowing, so dirty. One lady working on food with gloves but other people were handling food without gloves nonchalantly. Needs a visit from the health department and shut down.
