Pickup a kid's meal for grand child. He loves Wendy. The kids meal is his favorite. Everything things was correct on the order.

It’s so rare to get all the food ordered from here. Especially if you use the app. Then the drive thru gets so backed up, you don’t want to go through the bag to be sure you have everything. It’s about 50/50 they will get your order correct.

Great customer service, food was fresh without me having to ask. This employer needs a raise! I believe her name tag was Ariel? She was very respectful. I only had an issue maybe 2-3 times at this location and it was because the manager not sure what her name is but she was very disrespectful and Ariel handled it like she was the manager! Calmed everything down and took care of it!

I had order my food and when i got home my burgers and fries was so nasty. Try to call them cause everything was messed up. everyone sandwich was cold, fries cold, nuggets cold and all of wasn't fresh. Hopefully all my drinks are right my daughter has type 1 diabetes. U guys gotta do better or close this one down

I went here tonight and the girl handing out food at the second window visibly had open wounds and cuts all over her hands. I don’t think it’s very hygienic and safe for her to be placing food in bags without gloves on especially with open wounds on her hands.

Waited for almost 15 mins without any acknowledgment by the front end girl with the weird face piercings. Multitasking, was not something she was capable of. She ignored everyone else until she was done with current order. No I’ll be right with you, pickup name, nothing.
The food fresh & hot, the atmosphere was fine, their were families dining in, kid's were enjoying themselves, there was a group of teenagers a bit loud, but they were being teenagers having their regular guy chat, laughing, eating, then out the door they went, service took a bit of time because of the group of teenager's it was like 8 of them altogether, there was a manager that was working front counter & packing the orders for the group of teenager's, manager did say he be right with us which I appreciated that knowing how busy he was, & the manager did a great job on taking care of all the customers who were patiently waiting, inside wasn't to bad, just need a little tiding up where the ketchup pumps were, other then that, I can say this Wendy's is a very busy place & popular place.
I recently visited this Wendy’s location and was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service. I walked in and was completely ignored by the staff, with not a single employee acknowledging my presence. After waiting for over five minutes without any interaction, I decided to leave. It’s unacceptable for a business, especially in the customer service industry, to disregard basic etiquette and professionalism. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers don’t have to experience the same frustration
They're going back to how they were a couple of years ago. Awful customer service, can't get an order right to save their lives
