Ordered the Dave’s double, this was the result - enough lettuce to cover 1/3 the patty, 1 onion ring, one pickle, and barely any cheese for a dine-in order. Thankfully, when I asked for more toppings they provided them to correct the mistake!

Hit’em up Hancho

My order wasn’t correct but I find the staff and they were very helpful and made it right. Other places I’ve been given a hard time when trying to get my order corrected. Great service.

This location has terrible quality and service. The food quality is very sub par compared to other locations. The people who work here don't seem to care at all. My wife ordered us breakfast this morning and they gave us biscuits with almost no gravy at all. The gravy on the biscuits was very old and had dried out chunks in it. The food was inedible and very gross. The potatoes were cold and old and the breakfast burrito had some unidentifiable substance on it that made my son spit it out immediately because of the weird taste. We do not recommend you waste your time or money here.

Rude woman working the counter. Instead of taking names she choose to just shout out what was ordered. So obviously mistakes are made as myself and another person had a simililar order. And she handed me the wrong one. (Smaller combo size). I handed it to the correct person. And then she refused to give me my order since I touched the bag and was very short with me.Don’t take it out on your customers when you’re overwhelmed. Yes DoorDash is ruining restaurants but that’s not on me. I’m just trying to eat my lunch

I had to leave and go down the street to McDonald's, because no one at Wendy's would take my order had two employees just walked past me and not knowledge to me..... SMH

Wendy's on Fodor Road may as well close. They had no baked potatoes (a little before 7 pm -- supper time). They always have some sort of issue. Left and drove to the Hamilton Road Wendy's. Friendly, helpful order taker, nice cashier, fast food that was really fast -- including baked potatoes! And LOTS of smiles. I will continue to bypass the Fodor Road location to go to Hamilton Road instead. Great job, everybody! Thank you so much!

This is truly the fastest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I go a couple times per week for lunch and always make it through in a few minutes even with a line.
