It’s not hard to give the correct meal

Fast quick and fresh when I ordered. The whole staff deserves what they ask for. I came today and the bathrooms are clean work area clean staff attentive and friendly, good work to the staff that was here during the date of 2/15/25 2:30pm I was so impressed with them.

This place has one of the worst management teams around. Wendy's in general has seriously gone downhill in the Columbus area and this place is on the top of the list! The drive-thru speaker is so loud it will bust an eardrum, but management can't control it or so they say. The employees are rude which is trickled down from management I am sure. Just a bad example of what Dave would have wanted.
Had a $3 off $15 or more purchase. The girl at the register, who was sweet couldn't get it to work. She called her manager who gave us $2 off instead. I made a comment it was supposed to be $3 off, but that's no problem. She rolled her eyes and walked away. Ok..... So for $20 we purchased 2 single med combos. Frankly, the burgers were overcooked and cooked some time ago. The sandwiches were sloppily made and I told my husband that if Dave were alive now and got served this he wouldn't be pleased. Dining room was clean and we got our food quick

I visited this location and order a 6pc Nugget and a large fry, I have the mobile app downloaded on my phone. After seeing the app offered a free 6pc nugget because it was Wednesday I added it to my take out order. I offered code provided by app to Host : Andres.
He was able to see my name but said the code was not excepted and Andres reviewed code and what the offer was and asked was it Wednesday because the offer was supposed to be honored on Wednesday. He was rude and said that it was nothing he could do and didn’t not ask if I want to still add the nuggets just assume I didn’t. After becoming rude I ask if the manager could honor the offer and he said not and this was a horrible experience. I hope that I can get some understanding from General manager Cristina Berry of why Wendy is not responsible for third party app.

Didn’t let me take an order at the window on foot because the front door was closed and the old lady said it was too “dangerous” because the cars couldn’t see me!!

Horrible Dave's classic double was made very wrong. Shredded cheese thousandiland onion ketchup pickles. Nothing about it was good. I didn't realize until I got home after work. 10 dollars for something I couldn't eat

Just went through the drive thru and sat there waiting for my drink for about 5 minutes and never got it because the woman at the window acted like I didn't exist after the manager or whoever gave me my food. Before that, she yelled at a cashier who I assume was a newbie.
