I ordered food via doordash, when u got my food I started eating a bacon egg and cheese burrito and to my surprise I pulled out a peice of plastic on my 3rd bite I nearly chocked would have had I not had my mother helping pat my back to cough it back up completely disgusted!! Tried to post a pic but it wont allow me

You can never go wrong with Wendy's, though they did mess my order up - i ordered the chicken blt bag with no cheese, and got a jr bacon cheeseburger.

The workers don't greet you, they give you things, they almost throw them at you, I opted for number 2. They put so much salt on the meat that I couldn't even enjoy my burger, I almost vomited.

Do not use the mobile order at this location! I placed a mobile order here and when I went to pick it up they said the payment failed and refused to give me the food. I tried to show them where it was approved in the Wendy’s app and via Apple Pay but they would not even look. He said it was an issue to take up with my bank. I then called Wendy’s customer support and they were able to determine there were NO problems with the mobile order and the payment was in fact valid and processed. The representative did provide a credit greater than the original purchase but I was still unable to get the food I had paid for. This is theft plan and simple. The worker in the store was also extremely rude and dismissive to my concerns. I would avoid this location as it is not indicative of Wendy’s normal business. This location has permanently lost a customer over a $6 order. Absolutely pathetic!

I paid cash and the drive thru lady tried stealing my change. It was $4 bucks and I wanted it back, it's not a tip... she kept waving me to go with the window closed and I kept sitting there demanding my money. It got hot for a second and finally she complained at me THEN counted and gave me my money. If you're paying in cash at this location, count your change and make sure they don't try robbing you.

Food was great however I waited in line for 7 minutes while none of the employees acknowledged me at the POS, they just stared. I had to ask for my order to be taken. Orders came out in a cattywompus manner with nobody saying names, so the orders were getting cold. Other than that, it was solid.

Coffee was nasty, I had to add 5 sugars to it and it sure didn't improve it. The girl behind the counter was confused when I asked for a cup of ice. I was trying to 'help' the coffee but it was too late for that. WORST COFFEE AND SERVICE.
