Coffee was nasty, I had to add 5 sugars to it and it sure didn't improve it. The girl behind the counter was confused when I asked for a cup of ice. I was trying to 'help' the coffee but it was too late for that. WORST COFFEE AND SERVICE.

Why on earth is there no way to tip in the drive thru? No wonder you have reviews saying the employees aren’t all smiles. They're exhausted! You can ask if we want to round up our total for your tax break donation but we can’t tip the hard workers right in front of us. Despicable.

They have a smaller size Wendy’s salad they have changed to and they say it’s full size and they’re charging prices for it and then they don’t always give you your dressing. You have to ask for dressing . Check your salad. Please check your salad before eating

Every time I have gone to this Wendy’s, they have been out of chocolate frosty’s. It’s one of the only things my mom enjoys with her cancer treatment so it’s pretty disappointing to come here and find out they don’t have it.

Had some confusion over an item in the drive through and once we asked staff about our order was cleared off the screen and they stopped responding to us. As soon as we pulled up they began speaking to the next car. Completely unprofessional and childish. 4 stars for the food is from PAST orders prior to this experience

I've never been motivated to leave a good review for a fast food chain, but this one did it!

I made a last-minute decision to grab food here just after their dining room closed. Since I missed the cutoff, I put the order in online. They have a small area for online/delivery order pickups where I could wait.

As an employee was clocking out and leaving, he talked with those of us waiting, went back in, and helped the staff to make sure they could handle the orders before he left. He seemed truly invested in making sure I wasn't waiting too long for my late-night food order.

EXCELLENT SERVICE at this location!

Stupid ass attitude evertime I come here now I be wrong if I bat them in the mouth right? Let car in front of me place there order and when I move up to screen to place mine at 12.57pm they won't take my order. But they let the car in front of me place their order
