Went here today after not coming for awhile and immediately regretted my life choices. All safe crossing parking spots are reserved for mobile orders. We had to cross the drive thru line to get into the store, with a child. The young lady taking orders was nice. The lady making the orders has a God complex. She read my order off her screen wrong several times trying each time to pass the blame to myself out the young lady taking orders. She had to be shown every time that it was her not reading correctly. We will probably find a new location to visit. This one is too much trouble for mid level food.Parking: Safe parking spots reserved for mobile orders

Stopped by Wendy's for a quick bite before a concert and it was the perfect choice! The Jr Bacon cheeseburgers were deliciously satisfying, and the crispy chicken sandwich hit the spot. Fast service ensured we made it to the concert on time. Definitely coming back for more pre-show meals!

How can a person contact the GM for this location? I was told at the counter that they do not offer a small on premium combos. The young lady stated that combos 1 through 5 (or maybe 6) required medium or large only. When questioned, she stated the GM told the manager to do this and she didn't know why. She said I could buy the small fries and drink separately though. Um, why would someone pay more for individual items? Is there anybody from management that can clarify this? I tried calling the store but got no answer.

Needed some gift cards for Xmas. Mid-morning, drive-through was busy but inside was not. Clerk and manager were super friendly and helped get me set up. Plus talked me into adding the $3 donation for free Frosty's for a year. Didn't get any food, but inside was clean, parking lot was easy to access and navigate (though a little tight,) and it was a good experience overall.

It's on a road with construction taking place so it's hard to get to it. Service was okay and the food was okay. Drinks are watered down or need to be fixed because it tastes like straight carbonation and mold.

Went through the drive thru and placed my order. The young man shorted my change and did not give me a receipt. I then got my order and realized it was wrong as I left. I went back and told an employee it was wrong and they stated I needed to pay $1 more for the correct order which they recorded incorrectly. They remade my sandwich and I got in the car and realized it was wrong yet again. At this point I was too tired to go back in. Very frustrating. It was not even busy.
