Just got out of surgery and haven't eaten in 24 hours. Husband offered to get me some food. I asked for a baconator Jr and small chili. Cashier told my husband we don't have any Jr's just a single, double, or triple. Those are no where close to being substitutes, like how about the original baconator? The chili also had no beef and was completely watered down. I will never come to this Wendy's again. No wonder they are closing 300 locations.

Went there yesterday and ordered a Dave's #1 asked for no onion because I am allergic to onions I got my burger there was onions on my burger I explained that I didn't want onion the cashier got a attitude about the situation food was poorly made I then went down this morning to order breakfast I ordered the 2 for $3 the sausage was so over cooked the sandwiches were so dry this is totally disgusting that people can't take pride in their work

We had an extended stay at the hospital for a family member. We ended up eating late nights at this Wendy’s. Every night Lillian was the person who helped us. Lillian was great, helpful, and pleasant. I could not recommend her enough

II am employed at osu, where Wendy's is situated within the hospital premises. I typically have my lunch at Wendy's, but unfortunately, their food is consistently poorly prepared and served cold. Today, I ordered a Caramel Cold Brew with Cold foam, only to be informed after paying that they had run out of foam. They neglected to mention this earlier. This experience was unsatisfactory, and I advise against visiting this establishment.

Food was good, however what looked like the manager and an employee were having a super inappropriate conversation about hours and stuff in front of everyone. Not really listening to customers, very standoffish. Just overall horrible customer service. This was around 10:30 at night. Also forgot sauce, straw, and spoons for frosty. Just a bad experience from a customer service standpoint.
Lady taking orders wasn't even paying attention to what we ordered and kept asking, huh? She was paying more attention to everything else. The food came out, and it was all wrong.

Wendys fast food breakfast is probably the best deal around. Two people, just under $21 dollars. I had two breakfast biscuits, an order of their seasoned potatoes and a coffee. My husband had two breakfast biscuits and a coffee. I like their order kiosks. You dont have to use an app to get a breakfast deal. The location was clean.
