We had an extended stay at the hospital for a family member. We ended up eating late nights at this Wendy’s. Every night Lillian was the person who helped us. Lillian was great, helpful, and pleasant. I could not recommend her enough

II am employed at osu, where Wendy's is situated within the hospital premises. I typically have my lunch at Wendy's, but unfortunately, their food is consistently poorly prepared and served cold. Today, I ordered a Caramel Cold Brew with Cold foam, only to be informed after paying that they had run out of foam. They neglected to mention this earlier. This experience was unsatisfactory, and I advise against visiting this establishment.

Food was good, however what looked like the manager and an employee were having a super inappropriate conversation about hours and stuff in front of everyone. Not really listening to customers, very standoffish. Just overall horrible customer service. This was around 10:30 at night. Also forgot sauce, straw, and spoons for frosty. Just a bad experience from a customer service standpoint.

Wendys fast food breakfast is probably the best deal around. Two people, just under $21 dollars. I had two breakfast biscuits, an order of their seasoned potatoes and a coffee. My husband had two breakfast biscuits and a coffee. I like their order kiosks. You dont have to use an app to get a breakfast deal. The location was clean.

Ordered a Wendy's Jr. Cheeseburger deluxe and small fries. I asked for ketchup and was told it was in the bag. There was no ketchup and the burger was ice cold! Needless to say, it all got pitched! I didn't know how long the burger had sat there for and didn't want to take a chance on getting sick!

Service was okay but an older lady with red hair spoke bad about me the minute I turned around about me “just standing there not asking for ketchup” but I asked another worker for it who forgot that I asked the very next second and had to tell him again that I was waiting on ketchup. At least wait for the person to walk away before badmouthing your customer…
