I went through the drive through for lunch tohad the amazingly.Rude guy at the first window that threw my change on the ground and then stood there and looked at me with a smile on his ugly face. Then I proceed to pick up my food to have someone equally as rude.About throwing my bag at me.Horrible service

Why are you making my sandwich with Dave's patty? I ordered a Baconator, not a freaking Dave's sandwich. Horrible experience, will not be back. I'm so sick and tired of paying $15 for horrible food and service. My food was cold also!!!

I went through the drive thru and ordered a Dave’s double and large fries. The person taking payment didn’t even speak. I received my food fairly quickly as there were many employees working. Fries were cold and I didn’t realize they gave me the wrong sandwich until I got home to eat it. I got the cheap chicken sandwich and not the burger I ordered. I won’t be going there again.

Assuming it was the manager who assisted me… I came during a lunch rush, so I expected to have a little bit of a wait, but after she noticed that I was waiting a little longer than other customers, she immediately assisted me and provided me with the best food and best service. Thank you!!

My family stopped in for a quick lunch today and had an absolutely terrible experience. The soda machine was out of ice and CO2 so you couldn’t drink sodas, every single table was dirty and had food on it so we couldn’t sit down and eat. Both bathrooms were out of toilet paper. I mentioned all these issues to the manager on duty and he completely ignore me. Will NOT be going back and recommend everyone go to McDonalds or Chik-fil-a down the street and give them your business instead

Could not get served. Had 6 employees look directly at me, none said “ I’ll be with you in a second” or “ let me get someone to help you”. Lady on fries talking on mobile phone, dude, making sandwiches, touching his AirPods with his gloves. I have concerns about hygiene and food safety.

I went right at Noon, I ordered through the drive-Thru. I was an amazed how quickly I made it through the line. I was very impressed, that was until I got my food. It was cold and old. I got a five dollar Biggie Bag. The Fries were cold, The Nuggets were cold and the Bacon Cheeseburger was cold. I guess you can’t have quick service and good food at the same time? And They did not give me a receipt, so I’m not gonna bother trying to get my money back. Hopefully this will save someone from going here.

Clearly there is an issue with quality control and the will to read the orders and the want to actually work this place is a joke and no one I repeat NO ONE SHOULD SPEND A DIME AT THIS LOCATION !!!!!! I use door dash to order my food as I am always working and this was the last time I ever give them a red penny SAVE YOUR

Been numerous times. It’s almost like they purposefully try to mess the food up.They take the order, read it back to me verbatim, then give me the wrong food. Don’t want something on your sandwich? Cheese for example, expect to have everything else taken off of the sandwich but the cheese remaining. Just recently asked for no cheese on a burger. Unsurprisingly when I opened it everything else was gone but the cheese remained.I’m not sure if they do it for fun or something but I’ll go out of my way to hit a different location from now on.

Kyle was accommodating on the late night. My husband and I had just left an event and was looking for a quick bite. Kyle had great customer service. There was a slight issue with our order at first but he took good care of us!! Thank you to the late night staff at your location!
