Man this place needs shut down or stop offering delivery cause I never get the correct food and the food be nasty cold and taste old no matter what time of the day it is I’m disappointed I never received a refund from past order that was missing items I had to go into the store one time cause I spent to much money to just let it go this store should really stop doing delivery’s they really don’t care about the delivery customers

Jusr waited 50 minutes for an uber in the drive thru. I asked after 30 mins if they even had the order and the rude woman at the window told me i could either wait until they felt like making it or go on about my business. Stay away from this place whatever you do

First off the lady in the window was rude as hell no hello how are you? Nothing that’s not how you do customer service. Secondly, I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. Everyone knows the ingredients that come in that salad. Why did I only get chicken and lettuce? I’m confused. Where is everything else that go in it I also asked for extra dressing at the speaker. Guess what I didn’t get and then had to repeat myself to the rude lady in the window to get the dressing.

Ordered baconator fries and the cheese was cold like it came straight from the fridge. The fries were cold too. The cherry on top is how small it was.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to this Wendy’s. My burger, fries, and nuggets were all served cold, and my drink came with no ice even though I didn’t request that. It felt like no care was taken in preparing the order. I hope management addresses this, because customers deserve fresh, properly prepared meals. Worse Wendy’s ever!! I contacted corporate. This place needs to be shut down. I am concerned about food safety and proper handling, as the food was served at a temperature that could pose a risk.

Literally had the window shut on me on the middle of asking a question about the order. I have been here many times and the order is literally never correct. Not sure how it stays in business or keeps it's employees. Seriously the worst fast food restaurant I've ever seen.

There's always something wrong with the order at the store. And this time it was everything no bacon on my Baconator meet with dried what can I have been sitting there forever and got overcooked. Sandwich was smashed I couldn't even eat the burger it didn't look right. Fries were cold they just don't know what they're doing or don't care enough to do their job. This is way subpar for Wendy's I can't even blame the employees that's just bad management the manager must not even care. Really I can't even blame them. upper management is hiring the wrong help. This must be a franchise and not corporate. Definitely not eating at this store ever again. It's getting worse and worse at this location

I pulled through the drive-through today and as a pregnant woman, I feel very disrespected whoever was working at 6:02 PM On July 29 is very disrespectful and needs to be fired expeditiously. I will write a statement if need be.

This location is truly terrible. They’re always out of food, always ending breakfast early and incredibly slow no matter the time of day. Today was the icing on the cake for me. This is the second time I’ve ordered breakfast from them and was not able to receive it. They held several cars in line for 15+ minutes until breakfast was over and while in line, I see on the app that it says my order had been picked up. After getting to the speaker and telling them about my wait and that my order says it’s been picked up, they say there’s nothing else to be done and to come inside and check. I am on my lunch break and don’t have time to go back and forth with them on a 30-minutes break. I know many people who drive by this location just to go to ANY other Wendy’s, and this is definitely my last time even thinking about going there.

This Wendy’s is genuinely one of the worst fast food restaurants I’ve ever been to. Half of the time they close the drive through for no apparent reason besides the fact that they don’t want to serve people. I hope to god someone steps in from corporate because whoever is running this is completely out of their minds.
