Breakfast potatoes were so greaseThe the sausage biscuit was hard, meat was over cooked ( it tasted like a old piece of meat). I had a after taste of grease on the roof of my mouth Asked for a senior coffee they had no cream. The whole experience was not a good one.

Ordered on the mobile app to pick up at the drive through, waited in line, then told I had to come in to get my food. I only got a meal deal. Waited about 15 minutes for my food, 2 of the 3 items were inedible due being cold and hard. Lots of employees but they were fighting and chatting with each other. Major attitude from everyone but the kid at the cashier. 2cd time I’ve gone to this Wendy’s, the first time the burger was very rare.

First off they had the inside closed at least 7 something pm when I had arrived there. Next they got my food wrong but it was entered right on the receipt and I went all the way home before I noticed. I went back to thereand told them they made my order wrong and told him what I had ordered and he gave me a bag that was sitting there already done. I checked it because I knew that this was not my order and it wasn't so I went back through the line again. I told him that this wasn't my order and he got smart with me saying how is that not your order?! I said cause this isn't what I order and he said you ordered some Asiago sandwich and I said no I didn't and told him again what I ordered. He said where is your receipt so I handed it to him. They realized they were wrong but I got no apology for the rudeness and was told to pull up. The lady manager (I believe) finally brought my food. Damn near threw it at me, repeated the order but only mentioned my sandwiches. I said I had a large fry too. She said something as she went back because she was basically already back in the store when I said it. She had the rude young man being it back out to me and he didn't even look at me or say anything, just handed me the food and went back in. No ketchup, no napkins, no good customer service, no nothing! Why is it always us that doesn't know how to run things properly and have the worst attitudes when you picked the job! I know it's stressful but so is everyone's job and if we acted like this no one would have a job. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I would have appreciated if the workers told me in advance that the was gonna be a wait for the food I ordered . I payed for my meal so I was forced to wait almost 15 mins for a #3 breakfast combo . When I could have left and still made it too a better location. I hope things get better but I won’t hold my breath .

The manager was soooooo mean to the staff.Everyone looked so sad , everything was unorganized..They don’t have cup holders.. they took took 30 mins to prepare 3 sandwiches for me .I only had two jr.cheeseburgers and a crispy chicken..I really wish the manager treated staff better. Maybe the place would do better.As I was about to post this.. a man who also waited 30 mins for a baked potato , he got his order and they told him he can get fries . There is no baked potato..After 39 mins ??‍♂️ like wow..This place should be shut down
