The only reason for the second star is because the girl at the counter was nice and was just doing her job... But overall? This place is a sad pale comparison to Auntie Anne's... From the pretzels to the lemonade it was just awful. Will not be ordering from them again.

I absolutely love those pretzels they have the best pretzels for the best price is the only reason I didn’t get five stars is because they said that they were open until 10 and then they closed at 8:30 when I got there so I was very unpleased with that because if I would’ve known that I would have gotten the pretzels before we went shopping. We got done at 8:30 and they were closed when it clearly says open until 10pm
Everytime I've gotten a pretzel from here it's always been over cooked and hard... they need to reach their staff on how to cook again!!! By far the worst one around period.
