White castle takes the "fast" out of fast food. SLOW; but always has been. Thank God mcdonalds or Wendy's doesn't make each fry as it's ordered.

This is the worst White Castle I've seen. The place was dirty, the floor needed swept. It was obvious the priority was drive thru customers at the expense of dine in customers. The beverage machine was virtually empty, Coke was the only flavor available. I have always enjoyed White Castle but the memory of this one will be hard to forgive.

The food was hot and fresh. The drive thru associate was very pleasant, positive, and friendly, something missing these days and times in fast food service.
I mean, it's a White Castle, so atmosphere? But the crew was so friendly and engaging and accommodating, and the food was great in a way that only White Castle can be.

I was in Columbus 3/12/24 for a funeral and stopped and got something to eat around 3:00. I did not get the cashier's name but she was very friendly and talked me into getting a 10 pack. I just want to say thank you to your great employees for being very friendly and making my experience at your location great.

I really got to find a place to live because my biggest issue is I was evicted over my disability. Despite it being against the federal housing act. The Franklin County municipal Court would not process the case as it was a disability discrimination case which is a violation of the federal housing act. The legal aid society supported it and most of all green quarters LLC demanded it multiple times and eventually they gave him what he wanted. So if it wasn't for that fact, I would not have to visit so many fast food restaurants and make reviews about my experiencing there Consequently, I've been relying on fast food restaurants for meals. Unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. Yesterday, for example, my sausage egg and cheese sandwich lacked cheese. This is after multiple instances of getting very very very old eggs on my sandwiches , As a homeless individual, dining out is my only option for hot meals, and it's disheartening when orders are consistently incorrect. I hope to soon have stable housing and cook my own meals, but until then, I simply ask for accurate service when I visit.
