Came after dine-in hours so drive thru was only option. Busy location with few staff meant over 30 minute wait for food. It’s White Castle cuisine and this location met expectations. Hit the spot and waxed nostalgic.

They staff were incredibly nice and shared my enthusiasm for the Harold and Kumar 20th anniversary. I wanted to get the Crave box itself simply because I’m a big fan. The lady at the window, Latrese Williams, saw my excitement to finally come to a White Castle and gave me an empty Harold and Kumar Crave box and an empty cup with the 20th anniversary logo on it. This kind gesture was a welcoming one since it was the first White Castle I had ever been to.

Went through the drive through this morning and the statement was made “ we’ll get to you when when we get to you” over the intercom. We have to do better! I pull off after waiting 15 minutes.

Ordered sliders with extra mustard and ketchup, ordered 2 cokes one with ice and one without. Also ordered onion chips. We got 10 sliders without any mustard or ketchup and both cokes had ice, at least the onion chips were correct.

It's an Ohio thing. Either you like it or you don't. A little secret that isn't on the menu is they have red pop behind the counter which is old school red cream soda. That's the main reason I go here. You can't find that drink anywhere in a restaurant these days. Plus I grew up on sliders so it's a tradition to stop here when I'm in town.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at any kind of restaurant drive-through in my life waited 16 minutes at the speaker to take my order after them telling me be with you in a minute after I arrived 16 minutes later, they finally took my order. It took us 40 minutes after that to get my food, which was only two people in front of me after I got my food, I checked my food at the Window and my fries and my mozzarella sticks were cold. I asked I asked the employee at the window if I can get new fries she said it be another five minutes What a waste of time!!!

Still remember that one time I was trying to get food at this place and literally passed out from hunger outside of the restaurant. They did nothing. I ended up having to be carried back to where I was staying. Honestly if you want food just avoid 5th Avenue in general, every restaurant on this street refuses to pull its weight.

Arrived at 7:50 am. Ordered 2 double cheese sliders, onion chips and coffee. Waited 45 minutes and got the attention of someone working behind the counter. Hunched my shoulders as enquiring about the order. The worker Hunched her shoulders...I left at 8:35, after ordering, paying for the order and being totally ignored and disregarded, I left, without receiving my order. I'm totally done with White Castle. Every employee should be fired! I'll never patronize WHITE CASTLE EVER AGAIN! KEEP THE NINE DOLLARS THAT WAS STOLEN...

I asked for regular sliders with no cheese or pickles and got cheese and pickles. Fries were barely warm. The slider itself was barely together. I've had white castle since I was young and love to eat them when traveling to Columbus. That's the only time I can have them since they're the closest to my home. Even though I had a bad experience and was unable to return to get correct order, I will still eat White Castle. Customer Service was adequate.
