The white castle on Hilliard Rome Rd is the cleanest fast food restaurant in columbus. The staff is happy and doesn't look at customers as a nuisance. You are treated respectively and with a smile. Kuddos to the employees and Mgt there.

So me and a friend went through the drive through and placed 2 different orders. Her order had hair in it and they replaced. So the replacement ordered also had hair in it. I feel like all employees should wear hairnets? What’s y'all thoughts about this! But they had great customer service and nice crew
