Bad experience. I ordered a combo four and combo five. With the 5 piece cheese stick I ordered the cheese sticks were smashed/flattened. With the small onion chip with the other meal, the box was the smallest box they have with hardly any onion chips in it. Like I didn't get what I was supposed to. Also for my two small drinks I asked for Sprite zero. I was given a Sprite Zero and a Coke. I told the drive thru worker I wanted Sprite Zero for both drinks. The drive thru worker gave me attitude and said they couldn't take the Coke drink back. I was given a Sprite Zero in place of the Coke drink, but with the Coke drink, I was stuck with something I didn't even want or order.

My cheeseburgers were fresh and delicious even though I said NO ONIONS. I did find a few on 2 of them. But 2 out of 10 isn't horrible. I'll go there again and see what happens

Poor service Food was cold rude. Not clean at all drive through was empty weighted 10 minutes without a single car. Just to get cold food. Do not go there.

First, I waited 10 minutes at the speaker just to order with only one car in front of me. Another 15 minutes just to pay and get my food and the whole time the cashier lady was on her phone. They messed my order up after I waited all this time. I had to pull back around. Wait another 20 minutes for them to make three bacon jalapeno sliders I get it. I ordered a crave case as well with two large onion chips, onion chips or so burnt. Couldn't even eat them. I didn't bother to go back around for those will not be there again...

Other than that I mean it's got average wait time staff that's not overly friendly just kind of normal just working their job not bad but not extraordinary either would recommend for a quick bite if that's what you
Didn't know what to expect. Our first time, and the location's as well. Service could not have been better, very friendly and attentive. Almost no other customers, which was a shame. It was fun, and would definitely recommend to others with a sense of adventure.

I treated a friend and myself to a late afternoon meal. I ordered several double jalapeno cheese sliders, a loaded fries, and the new steak slider. All tasted wonderful.
White Castle is always good. Always fresh, & hot. I just think the employees need to be trained more on their customer service skills. I use the drive thru due to the time of day I visit.
