Burgers were not FRESH and whatever u do...do not order the cheesey tots-they looked good but tasted bad..so yesterday I wasted $13 at the Whitehall Whitecastle....thats a lot of money...we deserve fresh burgers -- I should have followed my 1st thoughts and went to BK

A fairly dirty White Castle location that definitely needs a proper cleaning. In any case, the food was fairly good and the service was acceptable if not a little bit laggy. Overall an average experience.

It’s a White Castle, you get what you get. Spent almost 15min in the drive thru line, but I don’t get too upset about those kinds of things. I’m sure they’re working to the best of their ability inside.
Food was fine. Sliders hit for that late night smash, chicken rings also good.
