my family has been going here since it opened. but we will NOT be going here again!! we have had blood on our sandwiches ,onion's in coffee ,hair in food on multiple occasions and when you talk to the manager about it she is rude and very Unprofessional in the way she handles a customer!! for your safety I would choose another white castle to eat at!! with the blood on my sandwich how do I know that employee dont have AIDS OR HEP B ??? VERY DANGEROUS!!!

White Castle is a restaurant with friendly staff. The parking lot is spacious, clean, and has attractive landscaping. It is wheelchair accessible with two ramps and one wheelchair accessibility door. The food freshness varies, but the overall experience is consistent. However, there have been issues with food orders being incorrect. Despite this, the restaurant makes up for it by providing free food. If customers inform them about the mistake, they will remake the order.
The service is great, and the food is made fast. However, some customers have noticed that the tables were very dirty, and there was food on the actual floor. The bathrooms were also very dirty, which was disappointing for those eating inside. One customer appreciated the friendly and efficient service from an employee with a cool tattoo.
Despite the closure of a nearby location, customers are still able to enjoy the wonderful and yummy White Castle burgers.
