The hamburgers are reheated and disgusting they are never fresh ….Please stop this practice no one likes it !!!! then I called the manger and she acted like she wanted to argue with me like I don’t know the hamburgers aren’t fresh. There’s no way these hamburgers came straight from the freezer to the cooktop ….they were absolutely disgusting

I went to white castle after a bad experience on one particular evening. Everyone has a bad day so I was giving them a second chance. They were well staffed an took care of me like they had done in previous visits. However this visit was different. The young lady bagging up my order did something I did expect. I had ordered 4 cheese sliders and 1 sack of fries. My regular, of course I gotta have ketchup. But unlike in other visits or even other burger places she didn't put the ketchup in last. Potentially allowing the packets to contaminate the fries. She put the ketchup between the cardboard wrap of the sliders and set the bag of hot fries on top of the ketchup packets. It's the small details that I tend to notice and that really counts. Just a little something to remember on your next visit to any restaurant and you order fries. And the server throws the ketchup packet in last.

I gave service 2 stars because they greeted me right away. Took my order and repeated it back correctly. Only gave them 2 star on everything else because after taking my order I was informed it would be at least 5 minutes before my sliders would be ready...they only take 4 minutes to cook...no other cars in front of me. Needless to say I was on my way to work and didn't have another 5 minutes at least to spare
