I went to white castle after a bad experience on one particular evening. Everyone has a bad day so I was giving them a second chance. They were well staffed an took care of me like they had done in previous visits. However this visit was different. The young lady bagging up my order did something I did expect. I had ordered 4 cheese sliders and 1 sack of fries. My regular, of course I gotta have ketchup. But unlike in other visits or even other burger places she didn't...

Being from NY, I had my first experience with White Castle here. Actually a couple months late reviewing, but I signed up for the mobile app while in the drive thru one night, and got a great discount on my food.

Going back a few times after that I've had nothing but pleasant experiences as well. Store manager Heather is abundantly kind and understanding, and no matter who is on drive thru, I can trust that my order will be taken and made with accuracy...

It was great service and food was made fast. Only complaint would be there were 4 or 5 employees we could see, we ate inside. All the tables were very dirty, food was on the actual floor, bathrooms were very dirty. That was disappointing since eating inside you can't eat there unless you clean your table off first.
