I normally really love the custard here, but I ordered the vegan flavor of the week. My friends and I all tasted it and agreed it tasted really weird and bad like soap. Only a few bites of the custard were taken and I asked if I could possibly exchange it for something else of the same value. The workers said no and that I would have to pay for a whole new one. Had to throw the whole thing out. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for 2+ years this was really disappointing. Please do better.

The special for this week was Mint Chocolate Chip and it was really good. They have many other vegan options and while we didn’t get one this trip you can order a fully vegan ice cream cake! You just have to let them know 24 hours in advance and they will custom make it for you. Will be back for sure!

We used to love going here but noticed some changes the last couple of years. One, they are almost always out of the Vegan flavor of the week by the time we show up around 7 or 8pm. I would expect by now they would see this trend and increase how much they are making to adapt to the demand. Secondly, they used to add more toppings to the flavor of the week. Today, there were a lot of scoops without topping. It’s still a solid place with a good vegan soft serve we enjoy.

This place is very rasisct I never been so disrespected and down talk to you the cashier messed up my ice cream order and the guy is gonna yell at me. Talk about next time I need to order correctly. This place is a racist. I don’t recommend anybody of color or black or brown coming to this place, you’ll be disrespected and don’t talk to

Whit's in clintonville, unlike other locations, always has a vegan version of the weekly flavor. However, the last time I was there, they were out of both the weekly specials and just their normal vegan vanilla! It was very disappointing. When I did get to try it, the vanilla custard had a good flavor and consistency. I hope they'll stock more vegan custard in the future so they stop running out
