Terrible service! All fountain soda was flat, no ice. After telling staff, they didn't fix, just played on their phones. Waited 40 minutes while everyone who ordered behind us got their food first. Finally got our COLD food. Bone in when ordered boneless. Ranch cup only 10% filled. No trash cans. And the bathrooms were locked. Do not recommend.

Had to wait 40 min past my quoted pick-up time, and the order was wrong🥲I ordered bone-in and received boneless. Also, everything was cold. Maybe next time:( it’s clear this location is understaffed and working as hard as they can, but for them to succeed they really need more employees.

It's a busy place. Always filled with people and queues for pick up. They have the sauces in a wide range of spice levels. I liked their Mango Habanero and hot honey. Parmesan one was a bit salty. Wings were too good, crispy, and fresh. I didn't like their sandwiches that much. Fries was also not that crispy.
Don’t plan to schedule large orders from this place. They won’t get it out to you for at least over an hour from your pick up time. This store is very unorganized and employees don’t look motivated to work at all. Save your time and go to any other wing shop.

Foods not bad but every time I come I feel like they just start my call in order when I get there. I tested it today and placed an order over phone at 330pm. I arrived to the restaurant at 415pm and got my food at 436pm. I don’t understand why you tell customers it’s going to be 15-25min to get food and then upon arrival I’m still waiting. It’s just wild this has happened on more than one occasion and today I gave you an hour to have it ready and still waited.

They could not manage to make my order within 4 hours. They also couldn't manage to answer the phone at all. I was on hold for 20 minutes 3 different times. Doordash sent 4 different drivers to pick it up and it was never ready. Eventually Doordash canceled the order. They charged me anyway.
I wish I could rate the food, but I never got the opportunity and will never give them another chance.
When I called to get a refund, the employees blew me off and hung up on me. When I finally got ahold of a manager, he blamed Doordash. It's been 4 hours and I still don't have a refund or a return call. Don't go here.
Edit: 5 days later and I still don't have a refund. They've hung up on me twice and lied about calling me back. One employee told me the manager was too busy to talk to me or to give me a refund.
This is the absolute worst experience i’ve ever had at not only a Wingstop, but a food industry in general. Terrible service, workers attitudes are terrible, take their time and mess around. Gross tables. Disgusting and i’m upset I even wasted my money on this. I wish i could leave absolutely no stars.

I have really tried to like Wingstop, but, the food is consistently so salty to the point that it is inedible. I have ordered 5 times. I have tried different flavors each time, rubs and sauces. Regardless of dry rub or sauce, it has so much salt that I feel like the chicken is soaked in a salty brine at this point?? Today I got Cajun and it was literally inedible from the salt. I can tell the sauces and rubs have a good flavor profile but what is going on with the salt? 😞

I got the Louisiana rub and the lemon pepper wings and a side of fries. The fries and the ranch was really good. The chicken wings came out fresh and the food was just overall good. For 20 wings and fries and two drinks I did spend over 40.00 bucks!!
