I had to wait forever for my food. They’re understaffed and the environment is atrocious. Easily the worst Wingstop in Ohio.

I ordered three the website an when my food got to me the chicken wasn’t done an it was cold greasy and paid 41.00 I spoke with a manager about my refund an still getting the run around it’s going on a month an still haven’t received my money

We ordered a DoorDash pickup order and scheduled it for a certain time. Not only was it not ready by that time (the order was placed 45 minutes before we picked it up), but we had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes for them to make our food. And all we ordered was sides. The manager was cussing at customers and making everyone uncomfortable. It was so weird. Absolutely insane. Just go to a different wingstop.

This was the best wingstop we have ever been too. So clean, organized and laud out nicely. Poly took such great care of us and Ryan, the manager came
Out and said “hi” He is so supportive of his team. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Let’s not forget about The Amazing Food! Omg the best we have ever had. We were recommended to come to this specific location and I can see why! Perfect from start to finish!!! And the price?! Holy cow! I can afford to splurge and eat and not break the bank! Great job team! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

My order was 40 minutes late. I am not exaggerating or making this up. They have a health inspector here but they aren’t short staffed or anything. I’m counting 7 employees. There are more people working here than customers waiting. Make it make sense!

Terrible service! All fountain soda was flat, no ice. After telling staff, they didn't fix, just played on their phones. Waited 40 minutes while everyone who ordered behind us got their food first. Finally got our COLD food. Bone in when ordered boneless. Ranch cup only 10% filled. No trash cans. And the bathrooms were locked. Do not recommend.

Had to wait 40 min past my quoted pick-up time, and the order was wrong🥲I ordered bone-in and received boneless. Also, everything was cold. Maybe next time:( it’s clear this location is understaffed and working as hard as they can, but for them to succeed they really need more employees.

It's a busy place. Always filled with people and queues for pick up. They have the sauces in a wide range of spice levels. I liked their Mango Habanero and hot honey. Parmesan one was a bit salty. Wings were too good, crispy, and fresh. I didn't like their sandwiches that much. Fries was also not that crispy.

Don’t plan to schedule large orders from this place. They won’t get it out to you for at least over an hour from your pick up time. This store is very unorganized and employees don’t look motivated to work at all. Save your time and go to any other wing shop.

Absolutely terrible. Says order will be ready in 30 minutes get there and 40 people waiting for orders and people that have been waiting for 1hr 35 minutes. Will never order from here again
