Called to place an order as well one time the lady left me on hold for 10 minutes. The bags are always covered in the sauce and the fries are usually cold and soggy when you eat them.

When I tell you that Olentangy is popping I mean from the best customer service experience I have ever had I was down and I think his name is Lorne he made me laugh and new the menu very this guy is good and very passionate about his job ?? I always go and it’s good and I see the same people and I went in and same thing but this time the food was so bad. The Cajun corn had no seasoning and one of them was cold. My boyfriend’s hot honey wings were good but his hot and my lemon pepper wings were so bad ! My lemon pepper wings had no seasoning ? like that’s the whole point. I’m sad for the night. It was a bit messy in there but it is okay they were a bit busy so it’s understandable! Anywho don’t let me down like this again.

This was the most rotten wingstop I've ever been to in my life the people were rude they were letting people just keep waiting and then they messed up my order I have been calling over and over and over I left a message that night I called back that night. No one responded. I bought almost 100 dollars worth of food. My online order just sit in my face for like 30 minutes.. despite me asking to have it... already paid for.

Ordered delivery on the app. Wings were overly wet and leaked everywhere which some may like.I also ordered tenders which were not delivered. I contacted the store and the manager said I had to pick up. I advised I paid for delivery and asked for a refund. She said I would have to go to a website to get a refund…so they will take your money but not refund it when THEY mess up!Do not order from here without checking your order before leaving the store. And just don’t order from here for delivery!
