Stayed at the Home2Suites and ordered dinner here. They had a BOGO free offer on uber eats. The food was really good, seasoned well. The only thing was they forgot my ranch for both meals. Other than that, I would definitely order from here again. Had the tenders and corn.

The restaurant is dirty, and the employees are the worst, every single time I go there an a man with tattoos attend me he always have a horrible attitude, and doesn’t care when I ask him something.

I walked in to order on my way to Giant Eagle since I had shopping to do. I stood for 5 minutes until the employee Joni took my order. There was no one in the store and she seemed annoyed with me. After my order was taken with an attitude I left went shopping and came back.

The same girl saw me and went to the back I sat another 7 minutes until a young man came from the back and gave me my order. There was another customer who had been waiting to 20 minutes she said.

Every time I come in my order isn’t ready or someone has a funky attitude. The food is good but the service is bad and don’t order on the weekends it’s never ready.

what a joke cant even place an order over the phone the
prompts automatically hang up on you. What poor poor management and showing that they don’t give a crap about the business. shouldnt even be allowed to happen for one hour let alone all the time

Worst service I've ever experienced. First I could barely understand the lady at the front counter while I ordered, second I get stuck in there for nearly half an hour waiting for my food, and when I finally get my food they messed it up; I asked for boneless, they gave me bone-in. All while not giving me my receipt.

I would have given a 0 if I could. They messed up my order and gave me a wing that was 3 times smaller than the other wings. I used to work at a fast food and when we had small pieces like this, we were told not to use them or to add another piece to compensate. I had to go back to the location and I showed the worker the wing and he didn’t apologize nor did he rectify the issue. He just gave us what was missing from the order. Not good customer service. Very disappointed.

2 stars were given just out of politeness and acquaintance of the staff for attaining so delicate. On the other hand, wings were barely edible :(. It was too salty and greasy, maybe due to dinner shift business I do not know.

Flavours could worth to try, yet coatings were extremely blown with salt and fat. Potato fries were so soft and lacked crispiness because of sucking dense fat inside.

Never again, sorry.

Horrible experience. Super crowded. Wait over an hour. Orders sitting on self. Workers on phones. Finally got food, fries soggy and order was wrong altogether. Definitely choose a different Wingstop in the area. $40 wasted.

tell me why i showed up at 1pm only to get my order at damn near 2:30pm. The cashier sneezed on my bag, didn’t even apologize, and wiped his nose with his hand after. Not only that, but as I’m leaving for the door, about 10 high schoolers are waiting outside and beside the door. All of them crowding me saying, “aye mane let me get some foo.” And when i tried to deny them of their request of swiping my meal they threatened me and i was forced to succumb to this request. This left me with a mere two and half wings left of my 10 pc meal. Will not be going to this ghetto establishment ever again.

This is the worst experience! This store literally threw some food in the bag and gave it to the door dash driver.

Took 20 minutes to get a combo meal at noon on a weekday and the place was almost empty. Staff appears overworked and unhappy. Won’t be returning.
