I had a delivery to my house. When it came the fries were over salted and COLD. And both my sister and my mom got raw chicken in their pieces. I have never had an experience like this but I tried calling and nobody answered. I paid $50 for raw chicken and cold fries.

I highly recommend going to wingstop very nice people working there and the service was pretty fast
Normally this place is pretty good. The service can be iffy but the food is usually decent. However I purchased 20 wings on 7/12 & they made me very sick. I vomited not too long after eating them and have felt off since. I was thankful only about 10 of them were eaten but it definitely feels like a waste. I always ask for my chicken & fries to be well done because of this kinda thing. I saw no way to report this in my account or through the confirmation email which was even more upsetting all things considered.

Placed an order on 4/30. Were told the order couldn’t be filled because the system went down. They asked for our name and said we were welcome to come back another time for a free meal. Fast forward today and they had no record of any of this.

Came in and my wife’s order wasn’t ready, and they didn’t have a record of it which we understood because things happen and was fine with waiting while they got it ready. We weren’t questioned by who I assume to be the store lead, for a confirmation of our order ( just asked what we got quickly) UNTIL we asked for the correct amount of ranches for our order which he acted like we didn’t actually order them? After we showed proof, still didn't get the correct amount of ranch and also got both fries wrong even though he asked us in the beginning. Why would we want to spend $30 in this economy on a meal and then be treated strangely for wanting the items ordered?

I’ve been to multiple different wingstops & this was by far the best one i’ve been to, my fries weren’t burnt and the food was fresh. the restaurant was also very clean

Stayed at the Home2Suites and ordered dinner here. They had a BOGO free offer on uber eats. The food was really good, seasoned well. The only thing was they forgot my ranch for both meals. Other than that, I would definitely order from here again. Had the tenders and corn.
