This is the closest we stop to my house so I have to come here if I want wingstop. The service is terrible. It takes forever to get your food. Whatever time your online order says you may as well add 30 minutes.

Every time i come in here it is soooo busy but they all work hard to get people in and out. The lady that is always working is super friendly and has a good attitude no matter how busy they are.

Wings, both boneless and traditional, are good. Sauced ones are wet and rubs are well and evenly seasoned. Why the 3 stars?
The fries, they're damn near inedible. Everytime I get fries here, whether it be dine-in, pickup, or delivery. Are cold, soggy, over-salted, and almost taste burnt. If the fries were half decent they'd be approaching 5 stars imo.

I order wing stop on Thursday and got food poisoning, all Friday I was puking my guts out, headaches, stomach cramp, never eating here again, also food was freezing cold
So I order from here on Uber eats all the time it's always so good but last night when I ordered I think they gave me BAD BLEU CHEESE been up and down allllll night bad stomach pains Charlie horses and got and cold chills also head ache like whyyyy would you let your family eat bad bleu cheese prolly not now I'm so sick and feel like I'm dyingggggg

Horrible store… They red neck supposedly “general manager” Can’t even see straight so I’m not surprised my order was all wrong. He must of had one eye on the other ticket while doing mines. Everyone else is nice and polite, but you shouldn’t be a worker there. Never eating here again.

I am not trying to be mean. But I will never understand why Business keep putting people who cannot speak english. Taking phones and taking orders. I had to say my order several times. My name several times. She still got my name wrong. When my order came up. I did not know they was calling me.

Unprofessional staff at night disrespectful watch them ignored everyone that came in myself including ..They seem to be agitated and bothered by customers coming to make there order

Service was terrible, I placed a order for takeout online and had to wait over a hour when arriving at the store for $30 order, they didn’t ensure or acknowledge any customer for the time delay and was more worried abt their Tim Hortons delivery. Definitely won’t be back at this location

Half of a $60 order is missing, multiple calls to management, no apology. Offered a $6 credit… incompetent management = loss of profits. Should have offered replacement items or refund. This was supposed to feed an entire birthday party. Thank you for ruining my kids birthday. Some people are worthless and a waste of oxygen.
