Why in the world is it your standard that food delivery personnel, DoorDashers for example, are the ones to fill drink orders? The whole point of having a sticker on the top is to insure dashers didn’t tamper with the food. I’m writing this because I ordered two large sodas with my food and we got the drinks with only half the soda in the cup, no ice. Then we get told by whatever manager worked tonight that the DASHERS are the ones filling our drinks? Disregarding if that’s corporate policy or store policy, that’s just someone in management not performing well at their job and need to find another career.

I ate their boneless wings and got diarrhea after an hour, requiring several trips back to the bathroom. Never again!

Never had to wait less than 30 mins even when placing the order online before hand . Everyone is rude and lazy and on drugs
I’ve never had a good experience at this location. employees are rude and act like they don’t want to be there when they’re the ones that filled out that application. Tried to order online for 20 mins and it kept taking my money and giving it back, went in to place the order instead and when telling the employee that FILLED OUT AN APPLICATION to work there rolls her eyes claiming they’re closing in 20 mins, MIND YOU i tried ordering online 40 mins prior, so a total of an hour i spent trying to get wingstop for this woman to roll her eyes in my face cus you don’t wanna do your job, grow up. When I worked in the food industry i served my customers till we were closed, it’s not customers responsibility that you cleaned early and don’t want to rewash your shit. get some employees that don’t mind doing their job.

I walked in Food wasn’t ready. I was five minutes early totally cool. 15 minutes later I had my kid with me and he had to go to the bathroom. It smelt like Mary Jane inside when we walked in. I come back out. Ask if it’s ready. It is. Fries are cold and soggy no flavor. I haven’t even left the turned onto east broad but I won’t be back at this one. Normally a great place… choose another that isn’t this one for fries and service at least!

The young woman at the register has great customer service skills. Very polite and attentive. She gave me a drink while I waited since the order was late for pick up. I'll be coming back due to her great service.

The people were so rude and it took forever to get my food. I placed a pickup order to get it at 10… they didn’t even start it and then were rude about it acting like getting here at 10 for my order was wrong. The lady was rolling her eyes and had her earbuds in the whole time. She was being totally rude, not just to me but everyone coming in. Not only that, this location is always filthy. The food isn’t the worst, so if you are going to order from here, order delivery. Don’t waste your time here.

I never received my food I ordered online. I called and they put me on hold and never came back to the phone again. I will never utilize this location again. Wasted 3 hours of my life and still hungry. Never again!! I’ll wait until I’m close to the one on gender for wingstop smdh

Friday night rush, the app said the food would be ready in 20 minutes, got to the store and waited an additional hour. Front girl was rude to everyone who came in and fought with a lady about ice, yelled at a customer complaining about the hour wait.

Worst wingstop in all of columbus. Nobody wants to do their job. Extremely rude and disrespectful. The food is great but EVERY employee doesn't care about the customer. Everytime we order, there's always a problem with either ordering, or the staff. A joke!

Wings cold ask for all drums got home nope called and basically I was told that if I wanted to come back I could but I would have to pay I tried to explain I already paid for drums only and I have the receipt but they were rude actually she was rude and told me no and I would have to pay again because they could not take the food back said I don't really want you to take the food back I just want what I ordered they hung up on me it's not like them either at least twice a week I guess that will change

This place is never on time with orders and they just pile up. The advertised time is 10-15 minutes. I’ve never had to not wait at least 30 minutes no matter what time or day at this location. Just got my 10 peice after 50 minutes.

Y'all should close the doors. Can't make fries or wings
After patiently waiting an hour in the restraunt for my 8 piece combo and 15 piece combo, it was very disappointing to drive 15 mins home and find out that half of the 15 piece combo was missing. If the establishment is unable to keep up with door dash orders and walk in orders, let your walk in customers know that there may be a wait. There were no more than 4 other people in the store with me when placing an order, so I had no reason to anticipate that it would take an hour. It should not be a requirement to unpack and open every container when receiving your order, but clearly a simple count of the boxes is not enough when visiting Wingstop. looking at other reviews, order accuracy appears to be a common problem. My receipt shows that I paid @ 6:31pm, and I didn't receive my complete order until after 8PM (leaving and returning to the store).
Complete waste of $42! &1.5 hours
