That store had somebady,she’s a black girl,she don’t know how speaks to the customers..I were at the store March 29/2024 at 9h00

It is always something with Wingstop! Especially this location. They can’t keep workers and constantly changing workers and managers! They are all young and rude! And if i go a step further i would even call it Ghetto!Today me and my husband placed orders for pick up at 6:30pm. I saw at 6pm i would not make it to the location in time. I tried to call at 6pm and they didn't answer. I said “oh well its my fault i have a Microwave” i get to the location around 7pm-7:20pm. I get my food and take it home i go to microwave it and see that they messed up my order instead of 10 wings and 5 boneless wings i have 10 boneless wings and the other 5 boneless wings not 10 bone in wings. I call the location they put me on hold and hang up! At this point its almost 8pm so i head to wingstop and call while driving and a young man answers i tell him hey i got my food and it is wrong is there anyway u guys can remake the whole order since i will have to wait for you to make the 10 piece wings and since i have to turn around in traffic. He says yes.I get there and the manager is accusing me of trying to get hot food when i was the one late. So i told her “that isn't even the point you still messed up my food” i would be turning around coming back even if i was on time! She had a whole attitude and swung her big butt and braids and went to the back didn't tell me if she was correcting the food or remaking the whole order! Even the worker at the front said “is she remaking the order what’s going on?” I told him “i have no idea!” So i sit down and eventually she calls my name and than tells him to pass the food to me because she didn't want to!All these wingstop are always so ghetto and lack customer service! Like wingstop is only paying you enough to live on welfare! Why would u truly care about remaking the rest of the order. She remade the fries and fixed the wings but threw the cold boneless wings that went along with my order in the bag to be an Ahole.Literally everyone that comes here and eat’s know’s it is ghetto and filled with rude younglings and adults who hate their job!

We ordered wings through their website. Half of the order was wrong. When I contacted the store the manager did not care. She said contact your DoorDash driver, I told her we did not order through DoorDash. She said there was nothing she could do. Half the wings were wrong and we were also missing a ranch we paid for. We will not order from here again.

I ordered the traditional 10 bone wings, and I got to say, the worst texture of chicken I have ever tried. It was like bitting into a chip, something I would never order again.

Delicious food. Understaffed so it effects the service quality.Atmosphere can not be good when you have 10+ people standing and waiting.Have been at the few stores and I guess corporate controls music volume.Really needs to be turned down. Can't hear employees announcing

This is what it looks like when ANTIFA runs a franchise location. Online order that was to take 16-21 min, took 50 min. Both chicken sandwiches burnt and buns hard as a rock. Horrible customer service, bag food prep. Save your money. DO NOT GO HERE. Cook wings at home go get some BW3 sauces. This place sucks

Ordered online and waited an hour and 40 minutes in the store for two 10 piece wings and a side of the corn, they gave my order away to the wrong person, remade my food and forgot my side, will literally never be coming back here.

What a great place. The counter ladies and food prep people are super friendly. Super nice. I’ve rarely been treated as nice at any fast food place. The wings are excellent and priced fairly. My absolute go to for wings.

That was a horrible experience. Store was severely understaffed, but the people working were just ignoring the phone, ignoring customers, and looked like they were ready to walk out. I stood in the store for 30 mins, and my order was placed 45 mins before that. Better places to get chicken, like right next door.
