Probably the worst location in columbus 🙌 i don’t mind to wait, i understand short staffing issues but honestly just go to any other wing stop in the area if you don’t want to wait 20 minutes to even be greeted

Walked in, literal rat at the counter. Only one person cooking & taking orders while it was busy, and other employees just sitting in the back where I could see. food came out SUPER slow. I paid online, so didn’t try to cancel my order. As I’m going to leave with my food, the cashier points and me and says I owe money. Makes me pull out my card for $0.24. No clue how I was short, when I paid online through their website. Never again.

It was not what I expected they did give me what I wanted but the wings they gave me were hard like they dip them in the fryer multiple times they was hard I did eat them but I wish they didn’t have them hard . The fries was warm to I ate a little bit then I didn’t eat any no more . Please Wingstop y’all need to step it up it wasn’t what I expected .

The chicken was dry, not well done, wasn't hot, it was mediocre. Well done is supposed to be hot, they gave me old chicken that was hanging in the basket over the grease which dries the chicken out!

I've ordered from this wingstop a few times for delivery. The wings were always on point. They're a good size, crunchy on the outside but nice and soft/juicy on the inside. But today (nov16) I went in for the first time to pick up an order and the vibe here was honestly fantastic. The crew, I didn't get anyones names, but they all had great energy. Incredibly friendly and polite. I think I may only order from this wingstop from now on.
The website glitched and I accidentally double ordered. The manager caught the issue and issued me a refund for the 2nd order! Great service and fantastic food!
