I've ordered from this wingstop a few times for delivery. The wings were always on point. They're a good size, crunchy on the outside but nice and soft/juicy on the inside. But today (nov16) I went in for the first time to pick up an order and the vibe here was honestly fantastic. The crew, I didn't get anyones names, but they all had great energy. Incredibly friendly and polite. I think I may only order from this wingstop from now on.
The website glitched and I accidentally double ordered. The manager caught the issue and issued me a refund for the 2nd order! Great service and fantastic food!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! The DoorDasher waited almost 45 mins for 7 tenders, 10 wings and 3 ranch dressing cups…does this look right to you?!!! Lost business because you can’t do one job! Whatever you do, it should be done right.

The little girl refused to give me a doordash order due to not bringing her the phone! First off looking at my phone tells you nothing, second what right does a restaurant have to demand my device? I use my phone for my bottom line not doordash or the merchant, funny I have ran orders all around Columbus for the last 6 years without stealing anything I can't say for all the others that believe dashing is a way to get food and not pay for it doordash needs to figure out how to correct the issue.

Food is great….. the service is what you would expect. It’s not good. So just set your expectations low, and you will be fine.

Finally tried out Wingstop on 8/20. Ordered my food, give them a name,was told it'd be like 15 minutes. I go and sit down, still clearly visable, and wait. About 30 minutes later I walk over to the counter that says "dine in pickup" I had to stand there 5-10 minutes with no one acknowledging me, i was definitely seen. Finally someone asks my name, I tell them and she says "oh that's been ready, we didn't know who's it was, so we didn't call it out". The only people dining in were my girlfriend and I, and a group of 4 guys.. they also didn't have napkins, which seemed pretty odd for a fast food place, let alone a wing place. All they had was a single roll of paper towels. I also didn't see a single trash can, which was just weird. Girlfriend said there weren't any in the restrooms either. The only "trash can" i saw was by the straws and it was the size of a large drink.. definitely an odd places with some lackluster service.. Also, someone else came in for an an online order pickup.. they gave her food to the wrong person..

I've been wanting to try this place out for a while and finally did. The boneless wings are really good!!! Worth going back for. The fries, for my personal taste, had too much oil on them, but that's just my own opinion, some may enjoy that. The restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly and courteous. I'll definitely be going back.
