Worst’s Wingstop in Columbus,walked in waited in line gave the young guy my name 2 times then he said my order was not ready. As I set down a DoorDash driver got highly upset, because he had been sitting there waving for 1 hour and order was not ready. So we sit for another 25 min then his order is ready, he goes to get his order. Then the same young kid starts to calling out names on food that had been sitting, and guess what my order was ready when I walked in the door. Only to come home to cold ass food! Want waste my time or energy to even call to have the order remade! !

We were missing a part of a very large order and when I called the store, the manger Angela not only spoke with me and located the missing food but she went above and beyond to make sure that my family received our full dinner. Great customer service!

Complete trash worst wingstop in this region also have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund...they need to be closed down the management is clearly incompetent and I assume they are doing fraud

We waited for over an hour from the time we hit the door until we got TWELVE WINGS AND ONE ORDER OF FRIES! It was chaotic and there were 7 people working in the kitchen, yet somehow nothing got done. They spent all their time doing pick up orders and not taking care of the tons of people actually in the building. They ignore you when you walk in and we waited about 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged we were there despite all of them looking at us multiple times. The staff was irritable and at times confrontational. One worker actually told several people at the door to leave if they didn’t like the wait. The man who took our order had no idea how to use the register. Our promised time for our order on our ticket said 7:55 and we finally got our food at 8:39. For fast food, this is ridiculous and unacceptable. The food was good and it was hot, but not worth waiting that long for and I’d never go back. The atmosphere was chaotic and the music was way too loud to even have a conversation across a table. Nothing was stocked and customers were going into the supply closet that was unlocked to get their own things. Absolutely wild experience.

This wing stops wing are always good and fresh but there is always people waiting almost a hour for 20 wings. This is the fourth time I’ve made it online order and they said my food will be done in 20 minutes and get there in 25 minutes and still have to wait another 35 minutes. It’s super ridiculous and every single person I’ve talked to about it has said the same thing, the atmosphere is OK. The workers are rude. Food is good. To say The least if you plan on eating here order your food and whenever they say the pick up time is wait 30 minutes past before you even head up there

They messed up my order a bit, but the manager (I think she said her name was Kayesha, hope I’m spelling it right) clearly cared about my experience and made it right. They were busy as heck and working hard. God bless

I placed a big order out of that order, and we were supposed to get 10 plan flats. Only got 5, I bit into one & blood from the flat was present. I tried to call the establishment & I was unable to directly get ahold of someone, just the option to order food. So I went back to receive the rest of my order & to show them there is blood from the flat. The worker denied that there was blood from the flat when clearly trying to show the worker the flat with the other 4 flats present. I had to argue that I did not receive my complete order. The worker told me to call in the morning to speak to the manager, as I told the worker this place don't answer the ph! So she called her, I got my other five that I did not receive & did not get a replacement for the bloody flat because I bit into it! How was I supposed to know the flat was undercooked & bloody? Listen, I have never had an issue coming to this location, having to argue what was wrong to get it right. This location is not worth going back to. I'm sorry I will not be returning to this establishment.

I ordered the 15 piece for 2 all flats fried hard lemon pepper and Louisianan rub. The cashier was new, had poor customer service skills and it was effecting the entire store. The food was terrible, under seasoned and undercooked. I called the next day, one minute into the call Ms Tiaeshia corrected the issue immediately and said to come in for my replacement order. When I arrived after work the food was excellent and the GM herself apologized as well and assured me this issue wouldn’t happen again.

Ordered 10 flats only got 5 and one of the flats from the 5 I did get had Brown looking blood in it they would not replace the flat that had the Brown looking blood I took it to them to see it. Try to say they did give me 10 when the 5 was in a small box I don't think 10 could fit in that small box they were flats. try to get some tea but it tastes like colored water. They don't care about their customers.

i waited for 45 minutes and half of my order is wrong. i came specifically for the ranch and didnt get any. i couldnt ask for them to fix my order because only one girl was helping customers with the line out the door. awful service i hope you guys close down.
