This store is VERY lazy with their wings and wing sauce. They don’t toss wings in sauce to evenly coat the entire wing, but just puts the wings in a container, pour sauce over top and give you the container. Not only are the bottoms and sides of every wing completely dry, they put multiple flavors on top of each other so the flavors get mixed. Plus at that point you have puddles of sauce in your wing containers that easily spill. I had to wipe my car’s seat because sauce spilled out of the container and went through the bag onto the seat. I had to toss the wings myself in the puddle of sauce in the container to not have a dry wing and had wings with multiple sauces from them being mixed. I’ll be going elsewhere for wings from now on.

The place is BEYOND busy but the employees were friendly and working their butts off to get everyone’s orders out even while dealing with doordashers shoving their phones in their faces and people crowding everywhere while complaining. Give these people a raise cause they sure as hell deserve it.

45 minute wait time LONGER than the 60minutes quoted, overcooked, corn the size of a silver dollar, ordered over 20 dry wings - no dipping sauces, refuse to answer the phone to rectify. My only hope is calling first thing when they open.

I went in to pick up my mobile order and stood there for 15 minutes without being greeted. One of the workers asked another who I was here to pickup for and the man said “I asked her 3 times and she never said anything” but he never asked me once.
Was very unpleased with this store. I ordered my food at 7:23pm delivered at 8:09pm missing half my order. I ordered 2 20piece meals and LG voodoo fry and a LG fry, Called the store really was only offered to have what was missing replaced. I was cool with that until I got there at 8:20ish and had to wait another 15-20 minutes to be greeted. At this time I had enough talk with the fella at counter and told him he could have the other food that I wanted a refund. So we will see in 5-7 business days if I get one or if I have to dispute the charges. Way too short staffed to even think the 3 employees could handle a Friday night dinner rush.

First off wingstop do better. The staff is horrible the service was even worse. Tell me why i waited over 30 minutes to get 6 wings? This is pathetic there is no sympathy coming from anyone here. $12 to wait 30 minutes is insane. I was told “it will be out shortly.” Then waited another 10 minutes. The food wasn’t cooked right and came out cold and there are no trash cans anywhere in the guest area.
