Placed an online order at 8:07 pm for a pick up at 9:15 pm that same day. I get there and I say I’m there for my order which they didn’t even start until I got there and I had to wait until 9:30 pm for my food.

What’s even the point of placing an order ahead of time?? Especially because they gave food to a guy that ordered his food in front of me 8 minutes before I got my food.

Again they had over an hour to get my food prepared and didn’t even start it until I came in and said I was there for my order.

Not only that but when I asked for my order he just went silent and made the order. Didn’t apologize or even acknowledge the situation.

Wait time is extremely ridiculous for a fast food. Twice I stayed for over 30 min past the pick up time. First time I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Returned for a second time and just decided to leave without my food because of how long it took. It’s ridiculous. And the workers get mad at you the customer because godforbid you ask them when your order will be ready because you’re waiting forever.

I get being short staffed, but when i called and asked they said it wasn’t ready for my dasher to pickup. I was nice and said ok I understand and mid sentence I was hung up on. Thats so rude.

I pre-ordered online to pick up at 7 p.m. - waited until 8:15 p.m. was told multiple times by employees that they were working on my order, then told they couldn’t find it. I asked for a refund, they wrote my phone #, order info etc down said I’d be refunded in 2 days. I’ve never been refunded. Stopped in the store at 10:30 a.m. (a week later) and was told they were “too busy” to talk to me. Never received food or refund. Will never return. Staff is rude and not accommodating.

This wingstop is so amazing! First, you have a nice cleaned restaurant with sweet customer service. Then you have the most delicious wings and tenders you’ve ever had in your life! Special thanks to Doyle, and the rest of the staff for being so generous and preparing this food with love.

Order was promised at 6:27, I waited inside for 30 minutes past order promised time. Then watched the guy who was bagging food pick his nose..choose another Wingstop or go to Roosters 😬

This is the worst wingstop I’ve ever had. The fries were super soggy and had no seasoning. They gave me quarter size chicken which was also soggy. They also gave me like no fries at all. So disappointed, should’ve went to a different one.

Placed Order Online, order said 16-21min I got there in 30 was ready! Son was happy! Only thing I noticed were workers don’t really acknowledge you until they put an order out.
