i was promised a refund twice from this location the very last time i ordered. we did a pick up the pizza was supposed to be ready in 10 to 20 mins and was to be brought out to my husband and our daughter in his car. he ended up in the restaurant with a bunch of other people

I ordered a pizza with cheese and jalapeños. There was so much cheese and Jalepenos I don’t know if I’ll be on the toilet all day tomorrow or not touch a toilet for days. Good job Pizza Hut!

I bought some meaty marinara pasta and some chicken Alfredo pasta so that I wouldn't have to cook dinner, but they were not edible. What wasn't hard and crunchy, was burnt and stuck to the pan. We ended up trashing it, and having sandwiches for dinner. A waist of money.

I waited on my food delivery for 2 hours after I received a text message saying my food was on its way! Are you serious, the food arrived cold and looked like crap. Then it took 2 weeks to hear back from the manager just to do my complaint. Never again!! I'm not sure how this location is even open!

this place sucks. the manager likes to act like a 2 year old when you call about your food running an 1 hour and 30 minutes past the times he said. an then he sits there being rude when he messed up my order.. I felt like I was fighting with my 4yr old. I do not recommend anyone eating from here unless you like a rude 2yr old kidager and cold food. fyi I'm only 5 minutes down the street from them.
