I ordered a cheese pizza for my kids. it arrived with most of the cheese missing. When I called the store, she insisted there was cheese on it when they made it. She did offer to have it re-delivered. In about an hour and a half.

Picked up my order and paid with cash; pizza is dry, wrong crust, toppings missing, bread sticks not cut which is an actual large loaf of bread that is hard as a rock. Called the Assistant Manager (Kayla?) and told her to have someone pick up the order and refund my money. She said "I'm not sending someone out to waste gas for a pizza that I'm just going to throw away and the delivery time is 125 minutes". I explained I wasted my gas coming to unknowingly pick up HORRIBLE

My mom ordered 2 pizzas, cheese sticks, and two 20 Oz Pepsi's.... Order got here ok, but I seen my mom just had pizza and I told her, "The pops! The pops!"... She stepped back on the porch and yells, "Excuse me! Excuse me! Excuse me! ".... I watched this and I know he had to hear her.... If zero was possible. We ordered at 8:15p online, and when we saw it would take until 11:10 we tried to call and cancel. We were on hold almost 13 minutes and have up. We could not get through and were instantly put on hold when the line was actually working. 2 hours later, I finally spoke to a person. Explained why we were trying to cancel and was told, "lady, the lines have been busy, and we will cancel your order". Worst customer service I have ever seen.
